Woodshop Assistant

We are seeking to add a new team member to our wood shop, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. The role involves a variety of standard woodworking tasks, including sanding and other routine duties. This is a relaxed, low-stress environment with a set workload each day, meaning you will have clear and manageable tasks to complete.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform standard woodworking tasks such as sanding and preparing materials.
• Follow specific instructions for daily tasks and projects.
• Work in a supportive, low-pressure environment with clear daily goals.

Requirements:

• Some experience in woodworking is required, but you don’t need to be an expert.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus on daily tasks.

Compensation:

• Pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with increases as you gain more training and experience.

Schedule:

• Part-time position with expected hours between 20-30 per week.
• Flexible shifts, including 4-hour and 8-hour options.
• Morning and daytime shifts available.

Work Location:

• In-person position at our wood shop.
