The⠀Life⠀Insurance⠀Case⠀Management⠀Specialists⠀role will⠀be focused⠀on the⠀support of⠀the Life⠀Insurance⠀operations⠀for the⠀Private⠀Bank and⠀JP Morgan⠀Advisors⠀channels.⠀The Case⠀Management⠀Specialist⠀position⠀is⠀responsible⠀for⠀supporting⠀the Life⠀Specialists⠀teams with⠀application⠀fulfillment,⠀informal⠀and formal⠀pipeline⠀management,⠀inventory⠀management⠀with BGA⠀partner⠀firms,⠀maintenance⠀and⠀updating⠀systems,⠀and⠀driving⠀the growth⠀of the⠀business.

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting⠀with the⠀collection⠀of data⠀and⠀completion⠀of⠀required⠀forms for⠀informal⠀cases and⠀formal⠀applications/forms
Monitoring⠀the status⠀of pending⠀cases;⠀following⠀up with⠀back-office⠀partners⠀and⠀carriers,⠀as⠀needed
Submitting⠀application⠀packets⠀through JP⠀Morgan⠀Operations⠀and⠀Central⠀Supervision⠀Review
Perform⠀account⠀maintenance⠀tasks⠀including⠀Initiate⠀Requests,⠀Policy⠀Holder⠀Services⠀etc.
May⠀engage⠀with⠀clients⠀and⠀Advisors⠀to⠀remediate⠀onboarding/maintenance⠀issues
Produce⠀and⠀request⠀product⠀quotes and⠀illustrations
Serve⠀as a point⠀of⠀escalation⠀for⠀remediation⠀of⠀outstanding⠀items⠀needed in⠀processing⠀of⠀in-flight⠀business
Analyze⠀and⠀leverage⠀business⠀data to⠀support⠀the growth⠀of the⠀business⠀and⠀produce⠀reported⠀as⠀needed
Complete⠀ad hoc⠀projects⠀as needed

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Bachelor’s⠀degree⠀strongly⠀preferred⠀or⠀equivalent⠀relevant⠀industry⠀experience
Strong⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills
Must⠀have MS⠀PowerPoint⠀and MS⠀Excel⠀skills
Organizational⠀and time⠀management⠀skills;⠀ability to⠀manage⠀multiple⠀priorities
Proven⠀ability to⠀work⠀independently⠀while⠀competently⠀handling⠀multiple⠀responsibilities,⠀with a⠀high⠀degree of⠀accuracy,⠀in a⠀fast-paced⠀high⠀pressure⠀environment
