- Lead a⠀team of HR⠀Business⠀Partners⠀who serve⠀as trusted⠀advisors⠀to senior⠀leaders;⠀coaching⠀and⠀consulting⠀with⠀management⠀teams on⠀all⠀people-related⠀issues⠀including⠀Organizational⠀Design &⠀Effectiveness,⠀Career⠀Pathing,⠀and⠀Strategic⠀Planning
- Lead⠀business⠀through⠀all⠀cyclical⠀enterprise-wide⠀HR⠀programs⠀including⠀Performance⠀Management,⠀Compensation⠀Planning,⠀Talent⠀Review,⠀and⠀Succession⠀Planning
- Manage⠀and⠀resolve⠀complex⠀employee⠀relations⠀issues.⠀Conduct⠀effective,⠀thorough⠀and⠀objective⠀investigations
- Counsel⠀managers⠀and⠀employees⠀on⠀performance⠀and⠀disciplinary⠀matters;⠀guiding⠀through⠀Performance⠀Improvement⠀Plans as⠀appropriate
- Manage⠀Workforce⠀Planning⠀through⠀headcount⠀approval⠀process⠀and budget⠀planning
- Identify⠀and⠀implement⠀operational⠀efficiencies⠀to⠀maintain a⠀high-performing⠀culture
- Champion⠀talent⠀initiatives⠀such as⠀Individual⠀Development⠀Planning,⠀High⠀Potential⠀Program,⠀and⠀Leadership⠀Development⠀Training
- Analyze⠀trends and⠀metrics in⠀partnership⠀with⠀business⠀leaders⠀and COEs⠀to⠀identify⠀opportunities⠀for⠀improvement
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s⠀degree
- 7+⠀years of⠀HR⠀Business⠀Partner⠀experience⠀in⠀corporate⠀human⠀resources
- A⠀solid⠀track⠀record of⠀achievement⠀as a⠀strategic⠀HR⠀business⠀partner⠀and⠀advisor to⠀senior⠀executives
- Experience⠀managing⠀other⠀HRBPs/ HR⠀professionals
- Retail⠀industry⠀experience⠀a plus
