The⠀Culture⠀Specialist,⠀TMVP is a⠀masterful⠀storyteller⠀and⠀experience-maker⠀who will⠀report to⠀the Dir,⠀Culture &⠀TM⠀Experience⠀and will⠀coordinate,⠀help⠀package,⠀and tell⠀the story⠀of HMH's⠀team⠀member⠀value⠀proposition⠀(TMVP),⠀create⠀rich⠀content⠀for⠀multiple⠀channels⠀to support⠀the⠀culture⠀and⠀wellbeing⠀strategy,⠀and plan⠀and⠀coordinate⠀all the⠀moments of⠀celebration⠀that are⠀part of⠀the team⠀member⠀experience⠀across the⠀network.⠀This⠀valued⠀team⠀member⠀will work⠀in a⠀hybrid⠀role; a⠀typical⠀week could⠀look like⠀two days a⠀week in a⠀remote⠀setting,⠀two days a⠀week⠀rounding⠀with team⠀members or⠀coordinating⠀on-site⠀events in⠀various⠀regional⠀health⠀care⠀settings⠀and one⠀day⠀collaborating⠀with the⠀culture⠀team in⠀the⠀network⠀office.⠀These⠀efforts⠀will⠀support a⠀vibrant⠀and⠀thriving⠀culture⠀and⠀meaningful⠀team⠀member⠀experience⠀that is⠀grounded⠀in⠀wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

A day in the life of a The Culture Specialist , TMVP at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:

Responsible⠀for⠀clearly⠀and⠀creatively⠀developing⠀messaging⠀and⠀experiences⠀that align⠀with our⠀team⠀member⠀value⠀proposition⠀in⠀alignment⠀with our⠀mission.
Assesses⠀the needs⠀of team⠀members⠀and⠀provides⠀frontline⠀support⠀that⠀nurture⠀culture⠀and⠀wellbeing,⠀through⠀meaningful⠀rounds⠀within the⠀assigned⠀region.⠀Tracks⠀feedback⠀and⠀follow-up⠀items to⠀assist the⠀team in⠀the⠀development⠀of⠀solutions⠀and new⠀initiatives.
Coordinates⠀and⠀provides⠀on-site⠀support at⠀all large⠀scale and⠀special⠀events⠀within the⠀assigned⠀region.
Responds⠀to⠀inquiries,⠀connects⠀with⠀Culture⠀and⠀Wellbeing⠀Champions,⠀and⠀attends at⠀least one⠀Culture⠀and⠀Wellbeing⠀Circle⠀meeting⠀for each⠀Champion⠀per⠀quarter.
Cross⠀trains on⠀key⠀responsibilities⠀of each⠀Culture⠀Specialist⠀to provide⠀meaningful⠀support on⠀the⠀frontline⠀during⠀rounds and⠀team⠀member⠀interactions⠀in⠀assigned⠀region.
Develops⠀meaningful⠀materials,⠀stories,⠀and⠀digital⠀assets to⠀support⠀the⠀campaign⠀development⠀and⠀promotion⠀of our⠀Team⠀Member⠀Value⠀Proposition⠀(TMVP) -⠀bringing⠀together⠀how all of⠀our⠀programs,⠀services⠀and⠀benefits⠀help team⠀members⠀feel⠀better,⠀live⠀better,⠀and work⠀better.
Coordinates,⠀organizes,⠀and⠀supports⠀all onsite⠀event⠀planning⠀and⠀logistics⠀for⠀Culture⠀and Team⠀Member⠀Wellbeing⠀events⠀such as⠀Summer of⠀Gratitude,⠀HMH Week,⠀We 'C' You⠀Awards,⠀and more.⠀Coordinates⠀with⠀fellow⠀Culture⠀and Team⠀Member⠀Wellbeing⠀Specialists⠀to ensure⠀success in⠀each⠀region.
Partners⠀with⠀internal⠀communications⠀to execute⠀a dynamic⠀team⠀member⠀communication⠀strategy⠀that tells⠀the story⠀of how we⠀listen and⠀involve⠀team⠀members in⠀building⠀our shared⠀culture at⠀HMH and to⠀to support⠀team⠀member⠀engagement,⠀culture⠀and⠀wellbeing⠀communications,⠀recognition⠀programs,⠀events and⠀highlighting⠀team⠀members⠀through⠀storytelling.
Tells⠀the story⠀of how our⠀team lives⠀our⠀culture⠀through⠀development⠀of rich⠀content in⠀channels⠀such as⠀ONE,⠀LeaderList,⠀Intranet,⠀Features,⠀Fliers and⠀more.
Actively⠀seeks⠀opportunities⠀to⠀highlight⠀team⠀members in⠀network⠀communications⠀and⠀meetings⠀by⠀attending⠀different⠀sites,⠀events,⠀and⠀programs⠀as well as⠀reviewing⠀patient⠀feedback⠀and peer⠀recognition⠀awards in⠀our⠀recognition⠀platform.
Handles⠀the⠀shipping/delivery⠀of⠀supplies⠀for⠀quarterly⠀events⠀with⠀Culture⠀and⠀Wellbeing⠀Champions⠀for the⠀assigned⠀region.
Other⠀duties⠀and/or⠀projects⠀as⠀assigned.
Adheres⠀to HMH⠀Organizational⠀competencies⠀and⠀standards⠀of⠀behavior.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor's⠀degree.
Minimum⠀of 3 years⠀of⠀experience⠀in⠀business⠀and/or⠀healthcare⠀setting.
Must⠀have⠀strong⠀oral and⠀written⠀communication⠀skills.
Excellent⠀organizational/time⠀management⠀and⠀multi-tasking⠀abilities.
Must⠀have an⠀innovative⠀spirit and⠀ability to⠀think⠀differently.
Works⠀with⠀purpose⠀and is⠀driven to⠀provide⠀the best⠀team⠀member⠀experience.
Enjoys⠀working⠀with⠀teams.
Excellent⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills.
Proficient⠀computer⠀skills⠀that⠀include⠀but are⠀not⠀limited to⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀and/or⠀Google⠀Suite⠀platforms.
