• Run⠀nightly⠀End of Day⠀production⠀cycles for⠀our (9)⠀Lightning⠀and⠀Trade-Thru⠀clients.

  Cut⠀Client⠀deliveries,⠀upgrade⠀and⠀install⠀client⠀accounts.

  Responsible⠀for⠀monitoring⠀and⠀escalating⠀email,⠀reporting⠀equipment⠀failures,⠀or errors⠀in⠀performance⠀in a⠀timely⠀manner.

  Distribute⠀/ Receive⠀detailed⠀turnovers⠀during⠀shift⠀changes.

  Scan⠀and send⠀out⠀nightly⠀production⠀logs.

  Print⠀out and⠀verify⠀Production⠀Logs.

  Maintain⠀& update⠀documentation⠀when⠀necessary.

• The⠀individual⠀must be⠀self-motivated;⠀willingness⠀for growth⠀within the⠀role, and⠀gaining⠀exposure⠀to some of⠀the⠀complex⠀tasks⠀within the⠀job⠀function.

  Basic⠀knowledge⠀of⠀printing,⠀scanning,⠀and faxing⠀documentation⠀to clients⠀and⠀inter-office⠀personal.

  1-2⠀years IT⠀related⠀experience
