Technical Writer

The Role

• Develop,⠀write, and⠀maintain⠀detailed⠀documentation⠀for⠀various⠀business⠀processes⠀including,⠀but not⠀limited⠀to,⠀finance,⠀operations,⠀and⠀marketing.⠀
• Create,⠀review,⠀and update⠀Standard⠀Operating⠀Procedures⠀(SOPs) to⠀ensure⠀consistency⠀and⠀adherence⠀to company⠀and⠀regulatory⠀standards.⠀
• Assist⠀operational⠀and⠀internal⠀audit⠀teams⠀during⠀audits by⠀providing⠀necessary⠀documentation⠀and⠀evidence⠀of SOP⠀compliance.⠀
• Create⠀and update⠀process⠀maps to⠀accurately⠀reflect⠀current⠀business⠀procedures.⠀
• Track⠀the status⠀of⠀documentation⠀deliverables⠀and⠀coordinate⠀with⠀relevant⠀departments⠀to ensure⠀timely⠀completion⠀and⠀adherence⠀to quality⠀standards.⠀
• Provide⠀support in⠀digitizing⠀existing⠀and new⠀process⠀documentation⠀as part of⠀the⠀company's⠀digitization⠀efforts.⠀
• Develop⠀and⠀maintain⠀operating⠀manuals,⠀ensuring⠀they are⠀up-to-date⠀and comply⠀with⠀company⠀standards.⠀
• Collaborate⠀with⠀stakeholders⠀from⠀various⠀departments⠀to gather⠀necessary⠀information⠀and⠀understand⠀the⠀processes⠀in-depth.⠀
• Represent⠀our⠀company in⠀client⠀meetings,⠀effectively⠀communicating⠀to build⠀and⠀strengthen⠀client⠀relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀Technical⠀Writing,⠀Business,⠀or a⠀related⠀field.⠀
• Proven⠀experience⠀as a⠀Technical⠀Writer,⠀preferably⠀with a⠀focus on⠀business⠀process⠀documentation⠀and⠀Standard⠀Operating⠀Procedures⠀(SOPs).⠀
• In-depth⠀understanding⠀of various⠀business⠀processes⠀across⠀departments.⠀
• Exceptional⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills.⠀
• Proficient⠀in⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀Suite and⠀familiar⠀with⠀document⠀management⠀systems
