Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide day-to-day support for internal and external console game development requests, systems, and specialized rooms such as Facial Scan, MoCap, and the Stream Room. The role includes maintaining and assisting with PCs (both MacOS and Windows), peripherals, system installations, and configurations. The individual will support access to network services, remote access, and SaaS applications, as well as manage asset inventories and create documentation for systems and processes used by the desktop support team.

Essential Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of PC hardware and desktop operating systems.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools such as Resource Monitor, ProcMon, and Sysinternals.
• Ability to work in a multiplatform hardware environment (PC, Mac, iOS, Android, and Linux).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Skilled in the installation and administration of operating systems (Microsoft OS and macOS).
• Experience in a customer-facing role (internal or external).
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
