Talent Development Specialist

Robert⠀Half are⠀working⠀with a⠀leading⠀company⠀based in⠀Abu Dhabi⠀who are⠀looking to⠀hire⠀Talent⠀Development⠀Specialist⠀to join⠀their⠀team. This⠀role⠀requires a⠀Talent⠀Management⠀expert who⠀has⠀experience⠀of Oracle⠀HCM,⠀performance⠀management⠀and⠀succession⠀planning.

The Role

• Develop⠀and⠀implement⠀talent⠀development⠀programs
• Successfully⠀support⠀the⠀implementation⠀of Oracle⠀fusion
• Design⠀and⠀monitoring⠀career⠀development⠀and⠀succession⠀plans.
• Collaborate⠀on the⠀annual⠀performance⠀Management⠀review
• Strategic⠀thinking:⠀The⠀ability to⠀think⠀strategically⠀about⠀talent⠀development⠀and how it⠀can align⠀with the⠀organization's⠀overall⠀goals.
• Create⠀new Talent⠀Management⠀frameworks

The Candidate

The ideal⠀candidate⠀will have⠀a strong⠀understanding⠀of career⠀development,⠀succession⠀planning,⠀and⠀training⠀methodology.⠀They will⠀also have⠀a⠀bachelor's⠀degree in⠀HR and a⠀relevant⠀certification,⠀such as⠀CIDP or⠀SHRM.

• Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀HR or a⠀related⠀field
• Relevant⠀certification,⠀such as⠀CIDP or⠀SHRM
• 8+⠀years of⠀experience⠀in talent⠀development⠀+5 in⠀Oracle
• Strong⠀understanding⠀of career⠀development,⠀succession⠀planning,⠀and⠀training⠀methodology
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills
• Ability⠀to work⠀independently⠀and as⠀part of a⠀team
