Support⠀and⠀collaborate⠀heavily⠀with the⠀College⠀Recruiting⠀Team in⠀organizing,⠀sourcing⠀internship⠀candidates,⠀escalating⠀inquires,⠀managing⠀calendar⠀activities⠀and HR⠀reporting
Create,⠀review,⠀and extend⠀offer⠀letters to⠀internship⠀candidates
Ensure⠀a⠀high-touch,⠀positive⠀experience⠀to all⠀candidates,⠀hiring⠀managers,⠀school⠀contacts,⠀and other⠀related⠀stakeholders
Maintain⠀meticulous⠀tracking⠀of each⠀candidates’⠀progress,⠀and⠀escalated⠀issues
Provide⠀proactive⠀updates⠀regarding⠀status of⠀onboarding⠀to Hiring⠀Managers⠀and⠀candidates⠀throughout⠀each⠀process
Prioritize⠀all⠀requests⠀and⠀projects⠀in⠀addition⠀to working⠀independently⠀to resolve⠀and/or⠀connect⠀with the⠀appropriate⠀support
Maintain⠀confidentiality⠀of HR and⠀personnel-related⠀data
Perform⠀as an⠀ambassador⠀for⠀program⠀interns⠀and offer⠀exceptional⠀customer⠀service⠀for HR⠀queries
Provide⠀Internship⠀Program⠀metrics,⠀such as⠀offers per⠀school,⠀demographics,⠀return on⠀investment,⠀full-time⠀conversion,⠀and intern⠀feedback/surveys
Coordinate⠀meetings,⠀run of⠀shows,⠀content⠀review⠀sessions,⠀research⠀pitches,⠀resume⠀reviews,⠀fact⠀findings,⠀and⠀function/new⠀hire⠀presentations
Perform⠀other⠀duties as⠀assigned
