- Responsible⠀for the⠀company⠀recruitment⠀process in⠀accordance⠀with the⠀annual⠀manpower⠀plan and⠀timely⠀recruitment⠀of the⠀same, in⠀accordance⠀with⠀corporate⠀objectives.
- Sourcing⠀of⠀potential⠀candidates⠀both⠀locally⠀and/or⠀internationally⠀(i.e.⠀either via⠀company⠀internal⠀database⠀or⠀external⠀recruitment⠀sources)⠀in⠀accordance⠀with the⠀annual⠀manpower⠀plan.
- Maintain⠀good⠀manpower⠀supplier⠀relationships⠀with all⠀related⠀entities⠀and⠀institutions⠀in order⠀to⠀facilitate⠀the⠀sourcing⠀of UAE⠀Nationals.
- Receive⠀and screen⠀the CV’s⠀form all⠀recruitment⠀sources⠀for⠀shortlisting⠀purposes.
- Organizing⠀and⠀attending⠀and follow⠀up so as⠀to proceed⠀with the⠀processing⠀of all⠀company⠀related⠀interviews.
- Responsible⠀for⠀regular⠀recruitment⠀reports⠀(i.e.⠀Recruitment⠀Monitoring⠀Report and⠀other⠀reports as⠀required⠀by⠀management).
- Negotiate⠀the Job⠀Offer with⠀the⠀selected⠀candidate⠀in order⠀to arrive⠀at⠀mutually⠀agreeable⠀terms, as⠀per ADASI⠀grading⠀scale and⠀manpower⠀budget per⠀position.
- Preparing⠀the⠀employment⠀offer and⠀contract⠀for⠀selected⠀candidates⠀in line⠀with ADASI⠀policies.
- To⠀ensure⠀efficiency⠀of the⠀recruitment⠀process⠀i.e.⠀security⠀Clearance,⠀employment⠀visa,⠀Employment⠀Agreement,⠀arrival⠀date (if⠀the⠀candidate⠀is outside⠀of the⠀country),⠀hotel⠀accommodation,⠀employee⠀id card,⠀IT⠀requirements⠀(i.e.⠀outlook,⠀IP Phone,⠀Desktop,⠀etc.) and⠀work⠀station.
- Review⠀the⠀invoices⠀provided⠀by the⠀recruitment⠀agencies⠀as to⠀ensure⠀that the⠀correct⠀cost has⠀been⠀invoiced⠀to⠀ADASI.
- Ensure⠀that all⠀Employment⠀Offers⠀include a⠀Job⠀Description⠀or minimum⠀an⠀explanation⠀of the⠀position⠀for which⠀the⠀candidate⠀is being⠀recruited⠀for.
- Follow⠀up and⠀coordinate⠀with the⠀Administration⠀Department⠀on the⠀candidate’s⠀visa⠀issues,⠀etc. to⠀ensure⠀timely⠀processing.
- Issue⠀an⠀appointment⠀memo for⠀the newly⠀hired⠀employees⠀as well as⠀send an⠀introductory⠀email for⠀the newly⠀joined⠀employee⠀to all⠀ADASI⠀employees,⠀for⠀informative⠀and⠀awareness⠀purposes.
- Provide⠀Administration⠀with all⠀necessary⠀documents⠀in order⠀to process⠀the new⠀employee’s⠀health⠀insurance.
- Responsible⠀for⠀Onboarding⠀Process⠀and⠀Induction.
