Job Description

Report to⠀Facilities⠀Manager⠀and⠀responsible⠀for⠀executing⠀work under⠀his⠀direction⠀and⠀hospital⠀policy.⠀Perform⠀job⠀functions⠀with⠀attention⠀to⠀details,⠀speed, and⠀accuracy.
Ensure⠀and adhere⠀dress⠀code.⠀Wears⠀proper⠀identity &⠀well-groomed⠀while on⠀duty.
Participate⠀in⠀departmental⠀education⠀on⠀performance⠀improvement,⠀attend⠀committee⠀meetings,⠀continuous⠀quality⠀improvement,⠀and other⠀departmental⠀meetings⠀as⠀appropriate.
Bring⠀awareness⠀among the⠀staff⠀about⠀daily⠀operation⠀statistics.
Maintain⠀complete⠀knowledge⠀and comply⠀with all⠀departmental⠀policies/procedures/service⠀standards.
Ensure⠀the⠀correct⠀key⠀signing⠀in/out⠀procedures⠀are⠀adhered to⠀at all⠀times and⠀report any⠀discrepancies⠀to the⠀Facility⠀Manager.
Help⠀and guide⠀the guests⠀and⠀provide⠀them with⠀the⠀necessary⠀information⠀they⠀need
Oversee⠀all⠀aspects of⠀general⠀office⠀coordination.
Managing⠀multiple⠀assignments⠀and tasks⠀for⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀events.
Maintain⠀office⠀calendar⠀to⠀coordinate⠀workflow⠀and⠀meetings.
Maintain⠀confidentiality⠀in all⠀aspects of⠀client,⠀staff, and⠀agency⠀information.
Interact⠀with⠀clients,⠀vendors,⠀and⠀visitors.⠀•⠀Perform⠀general⠀clerical⠀duties to⠀include,⠀but not⠀limited to⠀copying,⠀mailing,⠀and⠀filing
Collect⠀and⠀maintain⠀an⠀inventory⠀of office⠀equipment⠀and⠀supplies.
Ensure⠀compliance⠀with local⠀state, and⠀federal⠀regulations⠀related to⠀Support⠀Services.
Conducts⠀a regular⠀walk⠀through⠀the⠀facility⠀to assist⠀with⠀visual⠀maintenance⠀and⠀security.
High⠀School⠀Diploma/⠀College⠀Level
At⠀least 3⠀years of⠀experience
Good⠀communication⠀skills
