The role is responsible for managing centralized activities related to structured finance transactions, including reviewing and receiving annual compliance documentation from relevant parties and ensuring compliance deadlines are met. The position involves coordinating internally and externally to ensure timely delivery and receipt of compliance items. The role also requires interpreting financing documents and working with internal control mechanisms to track the timing and obligations of various transaction parties. It involves collaborating with specialized units to provide quality assessments and ensuring that risk management procedures and legal requirements are adhered to.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent experience.
  • Four to seven years of related work experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of structured finance transactions, investments, accounting principles, and loan servicing.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze transaction documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in creating spreadsheets for cash flow calculations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Bondmaster, SEI, and Access Control Server (ACS) is preferred.

The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with in-office requirements of at least three days per week, allowing remote work for the remaining days.

Salary Information:

The salary range for this role is between $73,695.00 and $95,370.00, depending on location, skills, and experience. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers benefits such as incentive programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contributions, and a pension plan (subject to eligibility).
