The Structured Finance Specialist is responsible for overseeing centralized activities associated with structured finance transactions. Key duties include managing the receipt and review of annual compliance documentation from transaction parties, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring timely communication both internally and externally. This role involves interpreting financing documents to determine the obligations and timelines of involved parties while collaborating with specialized teams to uphold quality standards and compliance. Risk management and adherence to legal requirements are essential components of this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage annual compliance documentation from deal participants.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance items are delivered and received on time through effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze financing documents and internal controls to interpret obligations, amounts, and timelines for transaction parties.
  • Provide meaningful quality assessments to managers, ensuring procedural adherence.
  • Maintain risk management protocols and ensure all legal documentation requirements are satisfied.

Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent professional experience.

  • Four to seven years of relevant work experience in structured finance or related fields.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of structured finance transactions, investments, accounting principles, and loan servicing processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex transaction documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for cash flow calculations.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Bondmaster, SEI, and Access Control Server (ACS) platforms is a plus.
