As part of the Strategy group at Mosaic North America, you’ll be joining a dynamic, cross-border team responsible for creating innovative and engaging channel and brand experiences. This role demands a deep understanding of human insights and how to translate them into strategic marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating both analytical and creative processes, and will help shape holistic, omni-commerce strategies that resonate with consumers and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Data Analysis: Explore and synthesize research from sources like Numerator, MRI/Simmons, and Kantar to uncover actionable insights for clients.
  • Strategic Narrative Creation: Develop compelling strategic narratives and defend your insights with data-driven reasoning.
  • Strategic Documents Development: Create a variety of strategic documents, including shopper profiles, experience assessments, strategic narratives, creative briefs, and communications hierarchies.
  • Trend Reporting: Stay updated on cultural, industry, and retail trends and create thought leadership presentations.
  • Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work closely with cross-functional teams (client service, creative, media) and participate in brainstorming and briefing sessions.
  • Inspiring Creativity: Inform and inspire the creative process, ensuring that strategic insights align with client objectives.
  • Client Interaction: Liaise with senior leadership and clients to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Analytical & Creative Thinking: Able to seamlessly balance both left and right-brain thinking—combining data analysis with creative strategy development.
  • Strong Communication: Skilled in storytelling, able to command a room and present compelling narratives.
  • Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Comfortable working in a team environment and independently.
  • Experience in Strategic Planning: Prior experience in strategic planning or marketing, especially in consumer goods, retail, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Market Trends: A strong pulse on cultural, industry, and retail trends to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
