As⠀a⠀Technical⠀Program⠀Manager,⠀you’ll⠀use your⠀technical⠀expertise⠀to⠀holistically⠀drive⠀complex⠀problems⠀to⠀completion.⠀You’ll⠀work⠀amongst⠀the team⠀to scope⠀work, plan⠀requirements,⠀identify⠀risks,⠀estimate⠀budgets,⠀and⠀clearly⠀communicate⠀ongoing⠀progress.

Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀a relevant⠀field or⠀equivalent⠀experience
5+⠀years of⠀technical⠀program⠀management,⠀in an⠀engineering⠀setting⠀involving⠀hardware⠀development.
Detailed⠀knowledge⠀of product⠀development⠀process⠀from⠀design,⠀development,⠀validation⠀and⠀integration
Knowledge⠀of the⠀materials,⠀processes⠀&⠀technologies⠀used to⠀deliver⠀Interior⠀engineering⠀content
Proven⠀experience⠀driving⠀progress⠀on⠀multiple⠀projects⠀across⠀multiple⠀locations⠀and⠀timelines

Preferred Requirements :

Experience⠀with⠀Microsoft⠀Office,⠀Confluence,⠀and Jira⠀applications
Strong⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills

Monitor⠀work⠀outputs⠀and⠀deliverables⠀for⠀potential⠀systems⠀and⠀vehicle⠀incompatibilities⠀and⠀opportunities⠀for⠀greater⠀integration,⠀velocity,⠀and⠀collaboration.
Ensure⠀problems⠀are⠀transparent⠀and risks⠀are⠀identified⠀and⠀proactively⠀ensure⠀that risk⠀mitigating⠀actions⠀are⠀ongoing⠀within⠀relevant⠀engineering⠀teams
Set⠀agenda for⠀key⠀decisions⠀to be made⠀at each⠀meeting to⠀eliminate⠀bottlenecks⠀and retire⠀risks
