This position is part of the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division. It plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling essential administrative and coordination tasks such as:
- Managing attendance and compliance records
- Distributing necessary equipment and supplies
- Handling payroll coordination
- Organizing operational coverage and tracking lost time
- Supporting onboarding for new hires and transfers
What You’ll Do
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, filing, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, ordering and managing office supplies, reconciling expenses, tracking anniversaries and birthdays, and arranging travel accommodations
- Assist with preparing management presentations and supporting special projects
- Address and escalate office technology issues, including phones and office equipment
- Track onboarding processes, ensuring employees complete required tasks like system access setup, locker assignments, mailboxes, uniforms, ID badges, fingerprinting, and training
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute station events, including luncheons, holiday gatherings, and recognition events
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous office or clerical experience
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with PowerBI

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of company policies, procedures, and structure
