Role Overview:
As a Sr. Visual Designer, you will leverage experimentation and performance data to inform your design approach. You'll be responsible for creating best-in-class layouts and visuals, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring designs align with both customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation: Present design concepts and work to stakeholders, including senior management.

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $127,100 - $210,300 annually, depending on geographic location and market factors.
