Responsibilities
- Develop⠀new HR⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures⠀that meet⠀internal⠀requirements⠀and align⠀with our⠀company’s⠀mission⠀and⠀values
- Serve⠀as an⠀advisor to⠀other⠀staff⠀members⠀regarding⠀internal⠀HR⠀policies⠀and⠀relevant⠀external⠀regulations.
- Work⠀with⠀higher⠀management⠀to assess⠀our⠀company’s⠀hiring⠀needs
- Manage⠀the⠀recruitment⠀team in⠀all phases⠀of the⠀hiring⠀process⠀and assist⠀with⠀posting⠀job ads,⠀conducting⠀interviews,⠀shortlisting⠀candidates,⠀and⠀onboarding⠀new⠀employees⠀as⠀needed
- Oversee⠀compensation⠀evaluations,⠀benefit⠀audits,⠀and⠀diversity⠀planning
- Organize⠀career⠀development⠀and⠀general⠀HR-related⠀workshops⠀and⠀training⠀programs⠀for all⠀new and⠀current⠀employees⠀and⠀evaluate⠀their⠀effectiveness
- Serve⠀as a⠀mediator⠀in⠀employee⠀conflict⠀and decide⠀on⠀corrective⠀actions⠀when⠀required
- Assist⠀the line⠀managers⠀in the⠀performance⠀appraisal⠀process,⠀such as⠀scheduling⠀meetings⠀and⠀filling⠀the⠀performance⠀appraisal⠀forms
- Support⠀compliance⠀with all⠀relevant⠀local,⠀state, and⠀federal⠀legislation

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
