What⠀We’re⠀Looking⠀For:

We’re⠀seeking a⠀talented⠀and⠀experienced⠀Senior⠀Graphic⠀Designer⠀to create⠀innovative⠀designs⠀from⠀concept⠀(brief) to⠀execution(launch)⠀with⠀attention⠀to detail⠀in a⠀fast-paced⠀environment.⠀This⠀position⠀reports to⠀the Art &⠀Brand⠀Director⠀and lives⠀within our⠀Marketing⠀Team. The⠀Senior⠀Graphic⠀Designer⠀is⠀responsible⠀for⠀concept,⠀art⠀direction,⠀and design⠀for⠀seasonal⠀marketing⠀campaigns,⠀promotional⠀content,⠀and brand⠀initiatives⠀for⠀RuffleButts⠀+⠀RuggedButts.⠀The⠀designer⠀will also⠀play a key⠀part in⠀developing⠀and⠀maintaining⠀a strong⠀visual⠀brand⠀identity⠀across all⠀marketing⠀materials.⠀This role⠀requires a⠀hybrid of⠀strategic⠀thinking⠀and⠀graphic⠀design to⠀create⠀engaging⠀visual⠀experiences⠀that⠀position⠀our brand⠀as a⠀children’s⠀clothing⠀industry

• Design⠀engaging⠀and⠀compelling⠀graphics⠀for print⠀and⠀digital⠀media,⠀such as⠀website⠀graphics,⠀social⠀media⠀posts,⠀paid⠀media,⠀email, and⠀direct⠀mail/brochures.
• Work⠀closely⠀with the⠀Art &⠀Brand⠀Director⠀to assist⠀in⠀developing⠀and⠀maintaining⠀a⠀comprehensive⠀set of⠀brand⠀guidelines⠀that⠀reflect⠀our brand⠀identity,⠀including⠀brand⠀values,⠀voice,⠀tone,⠀visual⠀style,⠀logo⠀usage,⠀typography,⠀color⠀palette,⠀and other⠀key⠀elements.
• In⠀this role,⠀you will⠀collaborate⠀with the⠀creative,⠀product,⠀ecommerce,⠀and⠀marketing⠀teams to⠀execute⠀evergreen⠀and⠀promotional⠀stories⠀across all⠀channels.
• Your⠀work will⠀contribute⠀to⠀building a⠀strong and⠀recognizable⠀brand that⠀resonates⠀with our⠀target⠀audience.
• Participate⠀in⠀ideation,⠀design⠀brainstorms,⠀and⠀creative/marketing⠀reviews.
• Work⠀within⠀brand⠀guidelines⠀to create⠀layouts⠀and design⠀executions⠀(across⠀all⠀channels)⠀that⠀reinforce⠀RuffleButts⠀+⠀RuggedButts’⠀brand⠀voice⠀through⠀its⠀visual/digital⠀touch⠀points.
• Retouch⠀and edit⠀all forms⠀of⠀photography,⠀including⠀studio⠀flats,⠀model⠀shots, and⠀lifestyle⠀imagery.
• Organize⠀digital⠀photography⠀and own⠀the⠀distribution⠀process to⠀our⠀marketing,⠀ecommerce,⠀and⠀wholesale⠀teams.
• Photograph⠀flat⠀photography⠀of⠀clothing⠀for⠀website⠀and social⠀media as⠀needed.
• Stay⠀up to date⠀on the⠀latest⠀graphic⠀design⠀trends and⠀software.⠀Stay⠀immersed⠀in the⠀world of⠀design by⠀constantly⠀seeking.⠀what is⠀new, and⠀are always⠀in tune⠀with our⠀competitors,⠀fashion,⠀social⠀media, and⠀beyond.
• Manage⠀multiple⠀design⠀projects⠀concurrently,⠀ensuring⠀timely⠀delivery,⠀and a high⠀standard⠀of⠀quality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years⠀experience⠀with⠀graphic⠀design and⠀with Adobe⠀Creative⠀Suite.
• Exceptional⠀portfolio⠀highlighting⠀a variety⠀of design⠀projects.
• Strong⠀understanding⠀of graphic⠀design,⠀layout,⠀color, and⠀typography⠀.
• Expert⠀in Adobe⠀Photoshop⠀and⠀Illustrator.⠀Proficient⠀in video⠀editing⠀software.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀collaboration⠀skills.
• The⠀ability to⠀work⠀independently⠀and manage⠀multiple⠀projects⠀simultaneously.
• A⠀keen eye⠀for detail⠀and a⠀passion⠀for⠀creating⠀high-quality⠀work.
• Proven⠀success in⠀a highly⠀dynamic,⠀growth-oriented,⠀deadline-driven⠀environment.
