Sr Graphic Designer

Reporting⠀to the⠀Director,⠀Marketing⠀Communications,⠀our ideal⠀team⠀member⠀will⠀create the⠀visual⠀brand⠀architecture⠀and⠀creative⠀execution⠀for the⠀company to⠀support⠀stakeholder⠀engagement⠀and⠀company⠀growth.⠀They are⠀experienced⠀in many⠀forms of⠀design,⠀including⠀print,⠀digital,⠀environmental/experiential,⠀presentation⠀and brand⠀identity⠀systems⠀design.⠀Our team⠀member⠀will have⠀strong⠀concepting⠀skills, a⠀clean⠀design⠀aesthetic⠀and a⠀desire to⠀understand⠀how⠀business⠀needs map⠀to⠀results-driving⠀creative.⠀This⠀person⠀will⠀contribute⠀both⠀strategically⠀and in the⠀actual⠀execution⠀of our⠀creative⠀work. S/he⠀will be a⠀collaborative⠀team⠀player in⠀a⠀fast-moving,⠀purpose-driven⠀environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Concept⠀and design⠀for⠀creative⠀projects⠀across⠀external⠀and⠀internal⠀channels⠀(print,⠀digital/interactive,⠀experiential,⠀presentations,⠀etc.)
• Own⠀design⠀process⠀from⠀sketch⠀concepting⠀through⠀mechanical/QC
• Work⠀to expand⠀and⠀advance⠀the⠀company's⠀visual⠀brand⠀system for⠀the master⠀brand, as⠀well as⠀products/solutions/services⠀brands
• Asset⠀creation⠀and⠀stewardship,⠀including⠀print and⠀digital⠀templates,⠀icons,⠀illustrations,⠀photography⠀and brand⠀shape⠀systems
• Build⠀campaigns⠀for⠀digital⠀brand and⠀physician⠀campaigns
• Advance⠀written⠀and⠀bulleted⠀presentations⠀to clear,⠀concise⠀and⠀on-brand⠀presentations⠀that⠀clearly⠀articulate⠀concepts⠀visually

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• 4-7 years⠀of⠀relevant⠀graphic⠀design⠀experience⠀including⠀agency and⠀corporate⠀work
• 4-year⠀degree in⠀graphic⠀design,⠀art or⠀similar⠀field (or⠀equivalent⠀experience)
• Expert⠀in Adobe⠀Creative⠀Cloud,⠀with⠀emphasis⠀in⠀Illustrator,⠀Photoshop⠀Xd and⠀other⠀relevant⠀digital⠀software
• Strong,⠀brand-driven⠀portfolio⠀showcasing⠀a range of⠀conceptual⠀to⠀executional⠀projects
• Ability⠀to⠀translate⠀complex⠀information⠀into⠀elegant⠀and clear⠀designs,⠀data⠀visualizations⠀with the⠀ability to⠀bring⠀data-driven⠀stories to⠀life
• Knowledge⠀of⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀with⠀strong⠀emphasis⠀on⠀PowerPoint
• Strong⠀communicator,⠀creative⠀self-starter,⠀collaborator,⠀results⠀and⠀detailed⠀oriented
• Excels⠀as both a⠀subject⠀matter⠀expert and⠀a⠀collaborator
• Cross-functional⠀team⠀participation⠀and⠀project⠀coordination⠀skills,⠀with the⠀proven⠀ability to⠀interact⠀with and⠀influence⠀across⠀multiple⠀levels and⠀functions

Preferred Experience:

• Ability to⠀take still⠀photography⠀and⠀retouch
• Video⠀film and⠀light⠀editing⠀experience
• Advertising⠀campaign⠀experience
• Healthcare⠀experience
• Basic⠀working⠀understanding⠀of HTML5,⠀CSS and⠀other⠀relevant⠀web⠀languages
• Understanding⠀of Zoho or⠀other⠀project⠀management⠀software
