The Senior⠀Digital⠀Marketing⠀Strategist⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀developing⠀multi-channel⠀acquisition,⠀cross-selling⠀and⠀engagement⠀strategies⠀focused on⠀driving⠀incremental⠀household⠀growth.⠀This role⠀requires a⠀high⠀degree of⠀cross-functional⠀collaboration⠀with teams⠀to plan⠀and⠀complete⠀shared⠀goals and⠀deliver⠀seamless⠀experiences⠀across⠀channels.

- Identify⠀and build⠀full-funnel⠀marketing⠀strategies⠀designed⠀to deliver⠀profitable⠀growth.
- Establish⠀a⠀framework⠀for growth⠀with the⠀intent to⠀persuade,⠀educate,⠀and⠀enhance⠀understanding⠀across the⠀lines of⠀business.
- Partner⠀with the⠀internal⠀data &⠀analytics⠀team to⠀build⠀relevant⠀metrics⠀and⠀dashboards.⠀Lead the⠀reporting⠀of⠀performance,⠀financial⠀profitability,⠀and test⠀results.
- Construct⠀and manage⠀a robust⠀test and⠀learn⠀agenda to⠀maximize⠀production⠀while⠀driving⠀efficiency⠀and⠀profitability.
- Actively⠀monitor⠀and⠀publicize⠀month-by-month⠀trends⠀across key⠀campaign⠀goals and⠀metrics.
- Draw⠀on⠀insights⠀to devise⠀and⠀optimize⠀strategies⠀to enhance⠀future⠀results;⠀identify⠀opportunities⠀to⠀accelerate⠀output and⠀deliver⠀greater⠀efficiency.
- Ensure⠀corrective⠀action is⠀taken⠀where⠀metrics⠀are⠀trending⠀badly.
- Keep⠀up to date⠀with⠀industry⠀measurement⠀trends and⠀ideas.
- Partner⠀with⠀content,⠀creative,⠀Legal,⠀Compliance,⠀and other⠀teams to⠀optimize⠀efforts⠀and drive⠀incremental⠀value.

Required Skills:
- Deep⠀working⠀experience⠀with⠀digital⠀marketing⠀channels⠀such as⠀email⠀marketing,⠀in-app⠀notifications,⠀paid⠀search,⠀paid⠀social,⠀targeted⠀display,⠀affiliate,⠀and⠀emerging⠀platforms.
- Understanding⠀of⠀full-funnel⠀marketing⠀campaigns⠀and an⠀ability to⠀analyze⠀and⠀articulate⠀how upper⠀and⠀mid-funnel⠀tactics⠀contribute⠀to⠀improved⠀lower-funnel⠀performance⠀(media mix⠀modeling⠀and⠀multi-touch⠀attribution).
- Experience⠀in⠀creating⠀consumer⠀go-to-market⠀plans in a⠀results-driven⠀environment,⠀improving⠀metrics⠀across⠀acquisition,⠀onboarding,⠀and⠀ongoing⠀engagement,⠀all with a⠀highly⠀data-driven,⠀customer-centric⠀approach.
- Strong⠀analytical,⠀problem-solving,⠀and data⠀analysis⠀skills.

Required Experience:
- Bachelors⠀Degree in⠀Marketing⠀or⠀Business⠀related⠀field and⠀10 years⠀of⠀Consumer⠀Marketing⠀Experience.
- Certified⠀Brand⠀Manager or⠀MBA⠀preferred.
