Our⠀client,⠀the⠀world’s⠀leading⠀entertainment⠀streaming⠀service,⠀is looking⠀for a⠀Specialist,⠀Vendor⠀Communications⠀who will⠀be⠀responsible⠀for⠀developing⠀and⠀facilitating⠀promotional⠀campaigns⠀around⠀goal-oriented⠀narratives⠀across the⠀globe in⠀areas such⠀as⠀Production,⠀Post, VFX,⠀Virtual⠀Production,⠀and⠀production⠀technology.⠀This role⠀manages⠀key⠀messaging,⠀content⠀development,⠀partner/vendor⠀engagement,⠀and⠀provides⠀support to⠀other⠀cross-functional⠀teams to⠀drive⠀Company⠀initiatives⠀forward.⠀Acting as⠀a subject⠀matter⠀expert in⠀identifying⠀and⠀crafting⠀compelling⠀Client⠀narratives,⠀valuing⠀the Client⠀brand/IP,⠀and in⠀understanding⠀the vendor⠀ecosystem,⠀the⠀Specialist⠀will craft⠀strategic⠀engagements⠀that⠀leverage⠀technology⠀partners,⠀vendors⠀and⠀Below-the-line⠀talent as⠀voices of⠀influence⠀across the⠀industry.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate⠀closely⠀with⠀global⠀internal⠀stakeholders,⠀cross-functional⠀teams, and⠀targeted⠀3rd-party⠀vendors to⠀execute⠀external⠀marketing⠀and⠀communication⠀initiatives⠀aligned⠀with⠀Studio or⠀broader⠀Client⠀objectives.
- Act⠀as a⠀resource⠀for⠀regional⠀teams to⠀vet and⠀determine⠀the⠀utility of⠀vendor⠀promotion⠀within the⠀production⠀space.
- Develop⠀messaging⠀and key⠀talking⠀points for⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀constituencies,⠀including⠀event⠀materials,⠀website⠀content,⠀newsletters,⠀press⠀briefings,⠀and⠀blogs.
- When⠀needed⠀support⠀presentation⠀preparation⠀for⠀internal⠀production⠀org⠀colleagues⠀and⠀external⠀subject⠀matter⠀experts,⠀reviewing⠀content,⠀securing⠀IP, and⠀briefing⠀speakers.
- Identify⠀high-impact⠀opportunities⠀that⠀support or⠀extend⠀priority⠀Awards⠀campaigns⠀by⠀leveraging⠀Below-the-line⠀talent⠀industry⠀organizations,⠀press,⠀and/or⠀Post/VFX/Technology⠀vendors.
- Manage⠀&⠀prioritize⠀inbound⠀promotional⠀requests⠀from⠀vendors.
- Ensure⠀that⠀co-promotional⠀activities⠀align with⠀the⠀client's⠀brand/objectives⠀and title⠀campaign⠀strategy⠀and⠀leverage⠀IP⠀properly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years⠀of⠀communications⠀experience⠀within the⠀entertainment⠀technology,⠀post or⠀VFX⠀industry.
- Excellent⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills⠀with a⠀background⠀in media⠀training⠀and⠀presentation⠀development.
- A⠀strong⠀grasp of⠀IP⠀licensing⠀as it⠀relates to⠀branding⠀and⠀content.
- Culturally⠀sensitive⠀with a⠀history of⠀collaborating⠀cross-functionally⠀with a⠀diverse⠀range of⠀global⠀stakeholders,⠀including⠀creatives,⠀engineers,⠀and⠀technology⠀groups.
- Competency⠀in⠀leveraging⠀data to⠀make⠀informed⠀decisions.
- Interest⠀in new⠀technology⠀that⠀promotes⠀efficiency⠀and⠀scalability⠀(such as⠀Airtable,⠀Zendesk,⠀Google⠀Sheets,⠀and⠀proprietary⠀Client⠀systems).
- Strong⠀organizational,⠀time⠀management,⠀and⠀project⠀management⠀skills,⠀with a⠀detail-oriented⠀approach.
