Specialist Social Media Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Management: Maintain social media calendars, including copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and contributing to campaign strategies. Develop organic content and contribute to content amplification plans.
• Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with creative teams on content briefs, creation, and approvals. Create lo-fi content for organic channels and manage influencer relationships.
• Community Engagement: Respond and engage with consumers and influencers, identify opportunities for “surprise and delight,” and implement community management strategies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track engagement, provide monthly and quarterly reports, and deliver insights based on social media performance and community sentiment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, influencer, PR, legal, etc.) and ensure real-time monitoring for trend insights and content opportunities.

Experience & Skills:

• 2-3 years of social media management experience, preferably for a brand.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to create content, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with various teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications).
• Passion for health, wellness, and movement communities (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media management tools and CPG brands.
• Creative and strategic thinking.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable).
