Monitor⠀and manage⠀the⠀progress⠀of⠀patients⠀with⠀chronic⠀conditions,⠀making⠀necessary⠀adjustments⠀to⠀treatment⠀plans.

Health⠀Education:Educate⠀patients⠀on disease⠀prevention,⠀health⠀promotion,⠀and⠀self-care⠀strategies.

Discuss⠀and⠀explain⠀medical⠀conditions,⠀treatment⠀options,⠀and⠀potential⠀side⠀effects⠀with⠀patients.

Encourage⠀healthy⠀lifestyle⠀choices,⠀including⠀diet,⠀exercise,⠀and stress⠀management.

Record⠀Keeping:Maintain⠀accurate⠀and⠀up-to-date⠀medical⠀records⠀for all⠀patients.

Document⠀patient⠀information,⠀diagnoses,⠀treatment⠀plans, and⠀progress⠀notes in⠀electronic⠀health⠀record⠀(EHR)⠀systems.

Collaborative⠀Care:Collaborate⠀with other⠀healthcare⠀professionals,⠀including⠀nurses,⠀specialists,⠀and allied⠀health⠀providers,⠀to ensure⠀comprehensive⠀patient⠀care.

Make⠀referrals⠀to⠀specialists⠀as needed⠀and⠀coordinate⠀patient⠀care⠀across⠀multiple⠀disciplines.

Research⠀and⠀Professional⠀Development:Stay⠀updated on⠀medical⠀advances⠀and best⠀practices⠀in⠀internal⠀medicine⠀through⠀continuing⠀education⠀and⠀research.

Participate⠀in medical⠀research⠀and⠀clinical⠀trials, if⠀applicable.
