The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives for Chicago Fire FC. This role emphasizes enhancing fan engagement and delivering measurable outcomes for the organization and its partners. The candidate will oversee marketing strategies across owned platforms and manage cross-functional projects that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid media campaigns using platforms such as Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Connected TV, and Out-of-Home (OOH).
- Manage vendor/agency relationships for campaign delivery.
Content & Platform Strategy
- Oversee day-to-day marketing strategies for Chicagofirefc.com and the Chicago Fire FC App, including push notifications and marketing placements.
- Build and maintain product pages, microsites, and interactive webpages.
- Optimize the website framework and user experience (UX) with a mobile-first approach.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing for marketing materials to ensure continuous improvement.
- Measure and synthesize campaign performance data, presenting insights to inform strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with departments like Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, and Soccer Business to align digital efforts with organizational objectives.
- Manage sponsored digital ads and marketing placements through Google Ad Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of expertise in advertising technology (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Pixels) or CMS management (Forge, Google Ad Manager, HTML, CSS).
- Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEM and mobile-centric web design.
- Familiarity with paid and owned media strategies.
- Skills:
