Role Overview:

The Deloitte Greenhouse® team is looking for a Breakthrough Lab Producer to join our Breakthrough Experience team. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, supporting lab design, lab delivery, project management, and program support. You will gain exposure to executive-level clients and Deloitte leaders while enhancing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lab Design: Support the design of Deloitte Greenhouse® Breakthrough labs, which includes planning, producing, and managing lab materials (physical and digital). You’ll participate in design sessions, conduct research, coordinate pre-lab interviews, and help create an immersive experience for lab participants. Strong production skills and a passion for creativity are essential.

• Lab Delivery: Play an active role during lab sessions, managing materials, technology, and logistics, sharing content, playing music, and facilitating breakout activities under guidance. You’ll also document labs thoroughly, including capturing notes and organizing information. Strong attention to detail and executive presence are essential.

• Project Management: Provide logistical and operational support for labs, ensuring milestones are met, risks are escalated, and reports are generated. Effective project management skills and the ability to drive progress independently are key.

• Greenhouse Program Support: You may support special projects and test new approaches within the Deloitte Greenhouse® portfolio. Collaboration and a willingness to challenge the status quo are valued.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate group discussions into actionable themes
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Creativity and strong visual design skills
  • Business acumen
  • Based in Deloitte’s Chicago office with the ability to travel up to 30%
