As⠀a Software⠀Engineer⠀II here at⠀Honeywell⠀Building⠀Solutions⠀(HBS), you⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀developing⠀and⠀maintaining⠀software⠀applications⠀that⠀support⠀our⠀building⠀automation⠀systems.⠀You will⠀work⠀closely⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams to⠀gather⠀requirements,⠀design⠀solutions,⠀and⠀implement⠀high-quality⠀software.⠀Your⠀expertise⠀in⠀software⠀development⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀will⠀contribute⠀to the⠀success of⠀our⠀projects⠀and the⠀satisfaction⠀of our⠀customers.

You⠀will⠀report⠀directly⠀to our⠀Engineering⠀Manager,⠀and you'll⠀work out⠀of our⠀Richardson,⠀TX,⠀location⠀on a⠀hybrid⠀work⠀schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop⠀and⠀maintain⠀web⠀applications⠀using C#⠀and⠀Blazor.
• Design⠀and⠀implement⠀responsive⠀UI⠀components⠀with⠀attention⠀to⠀performance⠀and user⠀interaction.
• Collaborate⠀with UX/UI⠀designers⠀to⠀translate⠀visual⠀concepts⠀into⠀functional⠀online⠀experiences.
• Optimize⠀applications⠀for⠀maximum⠀speed and⠀scalability.
• Contribute⠀to the⠀evolution⠀of our⠀overall⠀product⠀development⠀strategy.
• Participate⠀in code⠀reviews⠀and share⠀best⠀practices⠀with the⠀team.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Passionate⠀about⠀coding and⠀software⠀development.
• 3+⠀years of⠀professional⠀experience⠀in⠀software⠀development⠀with a⠀strong⠀emphasis⠀on⠀C#.
• Proficient⠀in Blazor⠀framework⠀and its⠀core⠀principles.
• Strong⠀understanding⠀of CSS and⠀experience⠀with⠀pre-processing⠀platforms⠀(e.g.,⠀SASS,⠀LESS).
• Familiarity⠀with⠀modern⠀development⠀tools and⠀practices⠀(e.g.,⠀Git,⠀DevOps,⠀Agile⠀methodologies).
• Excellent⠀problem-solving⠀skills and⠀ability to⠀work⠀independently⠀or as part⠀of a team.
