Role Objectives:

• Create and develop technological tools to bring trading strategies to life.
• Build high-performance platforms for large data research.
• Work in small, agile teams to drive innovation and shape the future of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement systems architectures, platforms, and web frameworks.
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools and innovative techniques such as distributed computing, natural language processing, and machine learning.
• Engage in short development cycles with rapid production releases.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional programming and design skills.
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in probability and statistics.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative and technical team environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems with technology.

Compensation:

• Base salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 (excluding other forms of compensation or benefits).
