Skilled Maintenance Worker

Job Summary

The⠀skilled⠀maintenance⠀worker⠀will⠀perform⠀skilled⠀and⠀semi-skilled⠀work in⠀various⠀trades in⠀the⠀repairing,⠀remodeling,⠀altering,⠀constructing,⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of⠀District⠀facilities;⠀and will⠀be⠀responsible⠀for the⠀safety,⠀appearance,⠀security,⠀and good⠀operating⠀condition⠀of⠀District⠀facilities.⠀While⠀incumbents⠀in this⠀classification⠀may be⠀specialized⠀in one of⠀the⠀trades,⠀they are⠀expected⠀to perform⠀duties⠀outside of⠀specialty⠀area as⠀directed.
