We⠀are⠀seeking a⠀highly⠀organized⠀and⠀experienced⠀site⠀engineer⠀with⠀strong⠀leadership⠀abilities⠀to join⠀our team.⠀As a site⠀engineer,⠀you will⠀be⠀responsible⠀for⠀overseeing⠀various⠀aspects of⠀construction⠀projects,⠀managing a⠀team of⠀workers,⠀conducting⠀site⠀visits to⠀ensure⠀everything⠀is in⠀order, and⠀ensuring⠀the⠀successful⠀completion⠀of⠀projects.⠀Your role⠀will⠀involve⠀supervising⠀crew⠀members,⠀preparing⠀estimates⠀for time⠀and⠀material⠀costs,⠀ensuring⠀compliance⠀with⠀quality⠀standards,⠀observing⠀health and⠀safety⠀protocols,⠀and⠀preparing⠀reports⠀for⠀stakeholders.⠀The⠀ability to⠀work⠀collaboratively⠀with⠀professionals⠀from⠀different⠀disciplines⠀and create⠀work⠀schedules⠀to meet⠀deadlines⠀is⠀essential.

Responsibilities:

• Organize⠀materials⠀and⠀maintain a⠀safe and⠀clean work⠀environment⠀on-site.
• Fluency⠀in⠀English,⠀with⠀strong⠀communication⠀skills to⠀effectively⠀collaborate⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams.
• Foresee⠀and manage⠀a team of⠀workers,⠀ensuring⠀efficient⠀allocation⠀of tasks⠀and⠀optimal⠀productivity.
• Conduct⠀regular⠀site⠀visits to⠀monitor⠀progress,⠀address⠀any⠀issues,⠀and ensure⠀compliance⠀with⠀project⠀requirements.
• Prepare⠀accurate⠀cost⠀estimates⠀and ensure⠀the⠀availability⠀of⠀appropriate⠀materials⠀and⠀tools.
• Provide⠀technical⠀advice and⠀suggestions⠀for⠀improvement⠀on⠀specific⠀projects.
• Diagnose⠀and⠀troubleshoot⠀equipment⠀as⠀required.
• Authorize⠀technical⠀drawings⠀and⠀engineering⠀plans.
• Develop⠀work⠀schedules⠀and⠀effectively⠀communicate⠀any⠀adjustments⠀to crew⠀members⠀and⠀clients.
• Gather⠀data,⠀compile⠀reports,⠀and⠀deliver⠀presentations⠀to⠀relevant⠀stakeholders.
• Delegate⠀tasks and⠀schedule⠀meetings⠀and⠀training⠀sessions⠀as⠀needed.
• Complete⠀quality⠀assurance⠀inspections⠀and⠀provide⠀constructive⠀feedback⠀to the⠀team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀engineering,⠀construction,⠀or a⠀related⠀field.
• Proven⠀experience⠀in a⠀similar⠀role,⠀including⠀team⠀management⠀and site⠀supervision.
• Additional⠀certificates⠀or⠀licenses⠀may be⠀required.
• Sound⠀knowledge⠀of⠀engineering⠀principles,⠀construction⠀practices,⠀and design⠀standards.
• Strong⠀leadership⠀and⠀organizational⠀skills.
• Excellent⠀project⠀management⠀abilities.
• Proficient⠀in⠀applying⠀logical⠀and⠀critical⠀thinking⠀skills to⠀resolve⠀project⠀challenges.
• Excellent⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills.
• Willingness⠀to learn⠀and adapt⠀to new⠀technologies⠀and⠀methodologies.
• Valid⠀driver's⠀license.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
