Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier support by addressing calls and tickets through the Global Service Desk.
  • Resolve issues promptly within designated timeframes logged in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve team performance.
  • Enhance technical expertise to increase problem-solving capabilities.
  • Keep users updated on ticket progress via regular calls/emails.
  • Follow procedures meticulously and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Office 2019/365, laptops, MFDs, and video conferencing tools.
  • At least 2 years in a dynamic Service Desk environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Windows 11, Mac iOS, and VIP user support.
