• Internal⠀and⠀external⠀coordination⠀with⠀departments⠀and⠀organizations⠀for⠀website⠀content.
• Website⠀content⠀management⠀(add,⠀edit,⠀remove,⠀publish).
• Web/Responsive⠀App⠀Development⠀(Application⠀Development).
• Web⠀server⠀management.
• Database⠀management⠀&⠀troubleshooting.
• Report⠀development.
• Case⠀management⠀and⠀follow-up.
• Responsible⠀for⠀familiarizing⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀parties⠀with the⠀website⠀and making⠀sure it⠀functions⠀smoothly.
• Constantly⠀evaluate⠀website⠀performance⠀by⠀checking⠀metrics⠀such as⠀loading⠀time.
• Assess⠀user⠀feedback,⠀effectiveness,⠀and⠀traffic.
• Provide⠀technical⠀support in⠀case users⠀are⠀struggling⠀to gain⠀access.
• Proactive⠀when⠀addressing⠀user⠀concerns⠀and⠀resolving⠀bugs,⠀upgrades,⠀and⠀improvements.
• Create⠀and update⠀web⠀pages.
• Evaluate⠀structure⠀and⠀content.
• Establish⠀and review⠀both⠀graphics⠀and⠀content,⠀checking⠀for⠀quality⠀before⠀uploading⠀components.
• Completes⠀operational⠀requirements⠀by⠀scheduling⠀and⠀following⠀up on work⠀results.
• Keeps⠀management⠀informed⠀by⠀reviewing⠀and⠀analyzing⠀special⠀reports,⠀summarizing⠀information,⠀and⠀identifying⠀website⠀activity/use⠀trends.
• Vendor⠀and SLA⠀management.

• College⠀diploma or⠀Professional⠀degree In⠀Information⠀Technology⠀or⠀Computer⠀Science.
• 5⠀years⠀minimum⠀work⠀experience.

• Arabic⠀(Preferred)⠀and⠀English⠀Language⠀(Speaking⠀and⠀Writing).
• Computer⠀Skills (MS⠀Office,⠀Email, and⠀File⠀Management)
• Reporting⠀skills.
