We⠀are⠀seeking a⠀highly⠀skilled⠀and⠀experienced⠀Senior Web⠀Designer⠀to join⠀our⠀dynamic⠀and⠀innovative⠀team. As a⠀Senior Web⠀Designer⠀with 10⠀years of⠀experience,⠀you will⠀lead the⠀design and⠀development⠀of⠀visually⠀stunning⠀and⠀user-friendly⠀websites.⠀You will⠀collaborate⠀closely⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams,⠀including⠀web⠀developers,⠀project⠀managers,⠀and⠀stakeholders,⠀to ensure⠀the⠀successful⠀execution⠀of⠀projects.⠀The ideal⠀candidate⠀possesses⠀a strong⠀design⠀portfolio,⠀an⠀in-depth⠀understanding⠀of⠀industry⠀trends,⠀and a⠀passion⠀for⠀creating⠀exceptional⠀user⠀experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the⠀end-to-end⠀design⠀process,⠀from⠀conceptualization⠀to⠀implementation,⠀ensuring⠀the⠀highest⠀quality of⠀web design⠀deliverables.
• Develop⠀and⠀maintain a⠀deep⠀understanding⠀of user⠀needs and⠀business⠀objectives⠀to inform⠀the design⠀strategy.
• Create⠀wireframes,⠀mockups,⠀and⠀prototypes⠀that⠀communicate⠀design⠀concepts⠀and user⠀interactions.
• Collaborate⠀with web⠀developers⠀to ensure⠀seamless⠀integration⠀of design⠀elements⠀and⠀optimal⠀user⠀experiences.
• Conduct⠀thorough⠀usability⠀testing⠀and gather⠀feedback⠀to⠀iteratively⠀improve⠀designs.
• Stay⠀up-to-date⠀with the⠀latest⠀industry⠀trends,⠀best⠀practices,⠀and⠀emerging⠀technologies,⠀and⠀incorporate⠀them into⠀design⠀solutions.
• Mentor⠀and guide⠀junior⠀designers,⠀providing⠀constructive⠀feedback⠀and⠀fostering⠀their⠀professional⠀growth.
• Collaborate⠀with⠀stakeholders⠀and⠀project⠀managers⠀to define⠀project⠀scope,⠀goals, and⠀deliverables.
• Manage⠀multiple⠀projects⠀simultaneously,⠀ensuring⠀timely⠀delivery⠀and⠀adherence⠀to project⠀timelines.
• Maintain⠀and⠀enforce⠀design⠀standards,⠀guidelines,⠀and best⠀practices⠀throughout⠀the design⠀process.
• Continuously⠀improve⠀and⠀streamline⠀design⠀workflows⠀and⠀processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of⠀10 years⠀of⠀professional⠀experience⠀in web⠀design,⠀with a⠀strong⠀portfolio⠀showcasing⠀a variety⠀of⠀successful⠀web design⠀projects.
• Proficiency⠀in⠀industry-standard⠀design⠀tools such⠀as Adobe⠀Creative⠀Suite⠀(Photoshop,⠀Illustrator,⠀XD), Figma⠀and⠀WordPress.
• Deep⠀understanding⠀of⠀user-centered⠀design⠀principles,⠀information⠀architecture,⠀and⠀interaction⠀design.
• Ability⠀to create⠀and manage⠀a library⠀of⠀templates,⠀components,⠀grids, and⠀styles to⠀support a⠀complex⠀variety of⠀B2B⠀needs
• Strong⠀knowledge⠀of HTML,⠀CSS, and⠀responsive⠀design⠀principles.⠀Deep⠀understanding⠀of mobile⠀and tablet⠀experience⠀creation,⠀optimization,⠀and⠀performance⠀implications
• Experience⠀with⠀JavaScript⠀and⠀front-end⠀frameworks⠀is a⠀plus.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀effectively⠀present⠀and⠀articulate⠀design⠀concepts⠀and⠀decisions⠀to⠀stakeholders.
• Proven⠀ability to⠀lead⠀design⠀projects,⠀manage⠀priorities,⠀and meet⠀deadlines⠀in a⠀fast-paced⠀environment.
• Strong⠀problem-solving⠀skills and⠀a⠀meticulous⠀attention⠀to⠀detail.
• Experience⠀with UX⠀research⠀methods⠀and⠀usability⠀testing.
• Ability⠀to adapt⠀to⠀changing⠀priorities⠀and handle⠀multiple⠀projects⠀simultaneously.
