Principal⠀Accountabilities⠀Leadership⠀Manage the⠀Facilities⠀Manager’s⠀Building⠀Data⠀Control⠀team to⠀ensure⠀delivery⠀of best⠀value for⠀the client⠀from its⠀assets,⠀project⠀and⠀contractor⠀performance,⠀building⠀and⠀permitting⠀controls,⠀and⠀reporting,⠀in line⠀with⠀objectives⠀and best⠀practice⠀across the⠀client’s⠀five⠀airports.⠀Set the⠀highest⠀possible⠀standards⠀of⠀leadership⠀in the⠀promotion⠀of HS&E⠀procedures⠀and best⠀practice,⠀ensuring⠀compliance⠀with⠀Company⠀procedures⠀and legal⠀obligations.⠀Manage⠀self and⠀team to⠀comply⠀with all⠀company's,⠀and⠀relevant⠀client,⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures.⠀Manage the⠀team to⠀ensure⠀sustained⠀performance,⠀by⠀ensuring⠀motivation⠀via⠀professional⠀development,⠀coaching,⠀mentoring⠀and⠀performance⠀orientation.⠀Lead on⠀all key⠀relationship⠀management⠀activities⠀within the⠀client⠀organisation,⠀the⠀Facilities⠀Manager⠀and⠀contractor⠀supply⠀chain for⠀service⠀delivery.⠀Ensure⠀unit and⠀team /⠀individual⠀performance⠀objectives⠀are met,⠀including⠀amongst⠀others⠀annual⠀contract⠀budgets,⠀leave⠀attrition⠀and⠀performance⠀appraisals.⠀Work⠀collaboratively⠀with wider⠀Facilities⠀Manager⠀team⠀members⠀and⠀champion⠀the ethos⠀of best⠀practice⠀value⠀assured.⠀Any other⠀duties⠀that may⠀be⠀assigned⠀by the⠀reporting⠀Director⠀AFM⠀Systems⠀and Data⠀Support⠀management⠀to⠀Develop,⠀initiate⠀and⠀deliver⠀insight⠀programs⠀on the⠀innovation⠀of⠀applicable⠀AFM⠀operational⠀technologies⠀and design⠀solutions⠀to⠀integrate⠀them in⠀the⠀current⠀architecture⠀Develop,⠀implement⠀and manage⠀plans,⠀governance⠀and⠀systems⠀for the⠀receipt⠀and⠀administration⠀of AFM⠀systems.⠀Develop⠀and manage⠀resilience⠀and⠀business⠀continuity⠀plans for⠀AFM⠀technologies⠀and⠀systems⠀under the⠀responsibility⠀of the⠀Facilities⠀Manager.⠀· Manage,⠀control⠀and⠀administer⠀the AFM⠀applications’⠀and⠀Operating⠀Technology,⠀including⠀administration,⠀user⠀access⠀rights,⠀configuring⠀parameters,⠀auditing⠀and⠀support⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of systems⠀and⠀applications⠀in⠀alignment⠀with the⠀client.⠀Managing⠀all AFM⠀databases⠀in⠀alignment⠀with AFM⠀activities⠀Lead the⠀management,⠀maintenance⠀and⠀development⠀of all AFM⠀databases⠀in line⠀with the⠀Client’s⠀IT⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures⠀Oversee⠀the⠀management⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of any⠀relevant⠀Company’s⠀data⠀centres⠀and⠀servers⠀and any⠀required⠀backup,⠀archiving⠀and⠀disaster⠀recovery⠀services⠀Ensure⠀regular⠀information⠀IT⠀security⠀testing⠀and ensure⠀optimum⠀security⠀levels in⠀compliance⠀with⠀information⠀security⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures⠀Lead the⠀implementation⠀of⠀relevant⠀AFM⠀applications⠀(e.g.⠀Maximo,⠀BMS,⠀SCADA,⠀FLS, etc.)⠀and⠀development⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures⠀Ensure⠀constant⠀communication⠀and⠀coordination⠀within the⠀Management⠀Company⠀and the⠀client to⠀determine⠀and⠀satisfy⠀AFM⠀systems⠀and⠀applications⠀requirements⠀Oversee⠀requirements⠀gathering,⠀design,⠀development,⠀testing⠀and⠀implementation⠀of new AFM⠀technology⠀systems⠀and⠀applications⠀Assure⠀effective⠀management⠀and⠀oversight⠀of the⠀various⠀data⠀libraries.⠀Manage the⠀training⠀for both⠀in-house⠀developed⠀and off⠀the shelf⠀AFM⠀technology⠀systems⠀and⠀applications⠀Develop,⠀implement⠀and⠀continually⠀improve⠀AFM data⠀analysis,⠀including⠀key data⠀trends,⠀patterns⠀Oversee⠀the⠀development⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of AFM⠀register.
