The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is providing assistance to a Cluster Director of Operations to help meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities and help in facilitating effective sales supervise the activities of sales teams and representatives to ensure set goals and policies are achieved across all Bab Al Nojoum properties. Assists in charge of the interviewing, hiring, promotion, and training of sales staff. In performing duties, He/ She address issues relating to pricing, customer complaints, delivery of goods/service, as well as the monitoring of inventory to ensure timely supply of ordered products/services.
- Responsible⠀for⠀Corporate⠀and Travel⠀Agent Room⠀Sales for⠀all BAN⠀Properties.
- Responsible⠀to meet⠀Sales &⠀Revenue⠀targets⠀for all⠀BAN⠀Properties.
- Responsible⠀for⠀Events,⠀Catering⠀and other⠀related⠀business⠀in all BAN⠀Properties
- Manages⠀and⠀ensures⠀that all⠀Corporate⠀Events,⠀Banquet &⠀Catering⠀Events are⠀being held⠀smoothly⠀in close⠀collaboration⠀with⠀Operational⠀departments
- Ensures⠀that BOE⠀is⠀prepared⠀and shared⠀with all⠀respective⠀departments⠀in a⠀timely⠀manner
- Identify⠀new⠀markets⠀and⠀business⠀opportunities⠀and⠀increase⠀sales.
- Works⠀closely⠀with⠀operational⠀departments⠀and⠀coordinate⠀accordingly.
- Represent⠀BAN in⠀various⠀events and⠀exhibition.
- Conducts⠀daily⠀sales⠀calls and⠀arrange⠀site⠀inspection⠀trips to⠀hotels.
- Able⠀to provide⠀Quick and⠀timely⠀responses,⠀immediate⠀communication⠀to the⠀properties,⠀develop⠀professional⠀long term⠀business⠀relationships.
- Provide⠀the⠀highest⠀quality of⠀service to⠀the guests⠀at all⠀times.
- Able⠀to support⠀BAN⠀services⠀and⠀relationship⠀strategy,⠀driving⠀customer⠀loyalty by⠀delivering⠀service⠀excellence⠀and guest⠀engagement⠀throughout⠀each⠀customer⠀experience.
- Work⠀closely⠀with⠀Cluster⠀Director⠀of⠀Operations⠀to ensure⠀proposed⠀rate⠀negotiations⠀meet the⠀financial⠀needs of⠀all BAN⠀properties.
- Develop⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with BAN⠀Camp⠀Managers,⠀Operation⠀Manager,⠀others⠀Head of⠀Departments⠀and on⠀property⠀teams to⠀ensure⠀working in⠀unity and⠀always⠀striving⠀to achieve⠀the same⠀goals.
- Attending⠀all⠀department⠀and⠀cluster⠀meetings⠀as⠀necessary.
- Targeting⠀key⠀accounts⠀potential⠀for all⠀BAN⠀properties.
- Builds⠀and⠀strengthens⠀relationships⠀with⠀existing⠀and new⠀customers⠀to enable⠀future⠀bookings.⠀Activities⠀include⠀sales⠀calls,⠀entertainment,⠀FAM trips,⠀trade⠀shows,⠀etc.
- Develops⠀relationships⠀within⠀community⠀to⠀strengthen⠀and expand⠀customer⠀base for⠀sales⠀opportunities.
- Closely⠀following⠀up on all⠀business⠀leads⠀within a⠀24-hour⠀response⠀time line⠀to⠀clients.
- Collaborate⠀with⠀Cluster⠀Director⠀of⠀Operations,⠀Camp⠀Manager,⠀Operations⠀Managers⠀to plan⠀and⠀develop⠀effective⠀sales⠀strategies⠀and to⠀also set⠀goals and⠀targets
- Prepare⠀Budgets⠀for year⠀along with⠀BAN⠀Management,⠀Market⠀segment⠀wise⠀targets⠀for⠀Occupoied⠀rooms and⠀ADR⠀targets⠀for each⠀Property,⠀plus⠀yearly⠀Sales &⠀marketing⠀Plan⠀(strategy)⠀and⠀Monthly⠀Sales⠀reports to⠀track⠀targets⠀production
- Maintain⠀contact⠀with⠀clients in⠀order to⠀create a⠀good⠀working⠀relationship⠀that⠀fosters⠀increased⠀sales and⠀customer⠀base
- Display⠀and⠀explain⠀BAN⠀Properties⠀services⠀to⠀potential⠀clients to⠀influence⠀purchase⠀and⠀maximize⠀the⠀revenue
- Prepare⠀a strategy⠀and road⠀map for⠀targeting⠀Travel⠀Trade⠀market⠀segment as⠀key for⠀liesure⠀segment⠀business⠀for Bab Al⠀Nojoum
- He/⠀She will⠀be the⠀custodian⠀of the⠀Brand⠀guidelines⠀within the⠀property ,⠀each and⠀every⠀guest⠀related⠀items⠀needs to⠀be⠀reviewed⠀in terms⠀of⠀Marketing⠀guidelines
