Senior Project Manager

The Senior⠀Project⠀Manager is⠀responsible⠀for⠀overseeing⠀all⠀aspects⠀related to⠀the⠀delivery⠀of⠀technology⠀solutions⠀from the⠀original⠀concept to⠀launch.⠀Works with⠀cross-functional⠀teams and⠀initiatives⠀and is a⠀guiding⠀force in⠀ensuring⠀projects⠀have a⠀successful⠀completion.⠀Manages⠀the⠀development⠀of project⠀management⠀schedules⠀and⠀identification⠀of key⠀deliverables.⠀Responsible⠀for⠀leading⠀teams to⠀deliver⠀the⠀project(s)⠀that span⠀across one⠀or more⠀business⠀units⠀while⠀managing⠀project⠀scope,⠀timelines,⠀budget,⠀and the⠀efficiency⠀of medium⠀to⠀large-scale⠀projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees⠀all⠀aspects⠀related to⠀the⠀delivery⠀of complex⠀technology⠀solutions⠀from⠀original⠀concept to⠀launch,⠀owns the⠀end-to-end⠀delivery⠀of the⠀solution⠀including⠀planning,⠀executing,⠀and launch⠀of digital⠀solutions.
• Manages⠀cross-functional⠀initiatives,⠀provides⠀leadership⠀for⠀strategic⠀initiatives,⠀and⠀ensures⠀the timely⠀and⠀efficient⠀completion⠀of⠀assigned⠀projects⠀and⠀initiatives.
• Directs⠀and⠀monitors⠀the work⠀of project⠀team⠀members⠀throughout⠀the⠀lifecycle⠀of⠀assigned⠀projects⠀and⠀initiatives.
• Collaborates⠀with⠀project⠀teams to⠀identify⠀the best⠀delivery⠀approach⠀to meet⠀our⠀goals.
• Articulates⠀the goals,⠀needs, and⠀requirements,⠀both⠀functional⠀and⠀technical,⠀of the⠀project(s).
• Ensures⠀the⠀delivery⠀process⠀and PMO⠀mechanisms⠀are⠀properly⠀in place⠀for⠀accuracy⠀in⠀reporting⠀project⠀data and⠀progress.
• Consults⠀with users⠀to⠀identify⠀current⠀operating⠀procedures⠀and⠀clarify⠀project⠀objectives⠀and⠀business⠀requirements⠀to include⠀quality⠀assurance⠀reviews.
• Formulates⠀project⠀plans,⠀including⠀risk⠀management⠀and⠀budget,⠀outlining⠀tasks⠀required⠀to develop⠀solutions⠀and⠀reviews⠀prior to⠀user⠀approval.⠀Applies⠀project⠀management⠀methods to⠀the full⠀life cycle⠀of a⠀project.
• Prepares⠀business⠀analysis,⠀flowcharts,⠀operational⠀diagrams,⠀and⠀documentation⠀to⠀illustrate⠀the⠀sequence⠀of steps⠀of the⠀project to⠀implementation.
• Provides⠀regular⠀communication⠀of⠀projects⠀progress⠀to⠀stakeholders⠀and⠀business,⠀product⠀development,⠀and⠀infrastructure⠀teams.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀Business,⠀Communications,⠀Finance,⠀or a⠀related⠀field.
• Minimum⠀of seven⠀(7) to⠀nine (9)⠀years of⠀experience⠀in complex⠀project⠀development⠀management⠀or leading⠀projects⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams.
• Experience⠀in⠀end-to-end⠀delivery⠀of digital⠀products⠀preferred.
• PMP⠀certification⠀required.

Hiring Range:

• $88.735 -⠀$103,154
• Position⠀eligible⠀for⠀participation⠀in AAA,⠀Inc.⠀Annual⠀Incentive⠀Plan.

Experience

• Minimum of⠀seven (7)⠀to nine⠀(9) years⠀of⠀experience⠀in complex⠀project⠀development⠀management⠀or leading⠀projects⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams.⠀Experience⠀in⠀end-to-end⠀delivery⠀of digital⠀products⠀preferred.⠀PMP⠀certification⠀preferred.
