Responsibilities
This⠀position⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for a⠀global⠀revenue⠀target and⠀other key⠀scorecard⠀metrics.⠀To be⠀effective⠀in this⠀role, you⠀will need⠀to develop⠀a win⠀formula⠀with our⠀field to⠀ensure⠀predictable⠀revenue⠀growth and⠀work⠀through a⠀multi-disciplinary⠀team to⠀drive⠀results.
- Drive⠀Azure⠀revenue by⠀managing⠀the global⠀Data⠀Center⠀Optimization⠀program⠀which⠀requires⠀attaining⠀revenue⠀targets,⠀developing⠀offers,⠀deal⠀coaching,⠀leading⠀field⠀readiness⠀and ROB,⠀and⠀running⠀sales⠀campaigns.
- Drive⠀adoption⠀of⠀CSP-Hoster⠀program⠀with⠀hybrid⠀cloud⠀providers⠀by landing⠀program⠀with⠀global⠀partners⠀and⠀enabling⠀field⠀teams
- Generate⠀new leads⠀for the⠀field by⠀running⠀campaigns⠀for⠀targeted⠀services⠀and⠀programs.
- Act⠀as voice⠀of partner⠀for hybrid⠀cloud⠀providers⠀to global⠀partner⠀solutions,⠀business⠀planning⠀and the⠀marketing⠀teams at⠀Corporate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's⠀Degree in⠀Marketing,⠀Business⠀Operations,⠀Computer⠀Science or⠀a related⠀field AND⠀5+ years⠀experience⠀in partner⠀management,⠀sales,⠀business⠀development,⠀or partner⠀channel⠀development⠀in the⠀technology⠀industry⠀or related⠀experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience⠀in the⠀service⠀provider⠀ecosystem
- 7+⠀years of⠀experience⠀in core⠀sales and⠀marketing⠀experience,⠀and⠀partner⠀channel⠀development⠀in the⠀technology⠀industry.
- Experience⠀with⠀technology⠀platforms⠀and⠀solutions⠀with a⠀reasonable⠀level of⠀technical⠀proficiency.⠀Experience⠀related to⠀private⠀and public⠀clouds.
- Experience⠀managing⠀virtual⠀teams⠀across⠀functions⠀and⠀geographies.
- Inclusive⠀and⠀collaborative⠀–⠀driving⠀teamwork⠀and⠀cross-team⠀alignment.
- Partner⠀relationship⠀management⠀and⠀solution⠀development⠀experience.
- Executive⠀presence⠀including⠀communication⠀and⠀presentation⠀skills⠀with a⠀high⠀degree of⠀comfort to⠀large and⠀small⠀audiences.
- Experience⠀problem⠀solving⠀mentality⠀leveraging⠀internal⠀and/or⠀external⠀resources,⠀conflict⠀resolution,⠀and follow⠀through⠀with⠀partners.
