General⠀Summary

Principal Accountabilities
- Works⠀closely⠀with VP,⠀Corporate⠀functions⠀and⠀respective⠀HRBP’s⠀to⠀lead/co-lead⠀specific⠀functional⠀talent/⠀culture⠀priorities.⠀Key⠀thought⠀leader –⠀needs to⠀understand⠀specific⠀strategic⠀functional⠀needs and⠀goals as⠀well as⠀ability to⠀drive/co-drive⠀activation⠀planning.⠀Also⠀designs &⠀leads work⠀with⠀matrix⠀organization⠀model in⠀mind.
- Partners⠀closely⠀with⠀Talent⠀Management⠀(TM)⠀center of⠀excellence⠀to ensure⠀the⠀successful⠀activation⠀of talent⠀programs⠀across⠀corporate⠀functions.⠀Examples⠀include⠀succession⠀planning/⠀talent⠀planning,⠀performance⠀management,⠀talent⠀acquisition,⠀and⠀learning⠀and⠀development⠀programs.⠀The⠀position⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀partnering⠀with the⠀corporate⠀functions⠀HRBP’s⠀to design⠀the⠀implementation⠀plans,⠀considering⠀the⠀specific⠀needs of⠀each of⠀the⠀corporate⠀functions,⠀creating a⠀continuous⠀feedback⠀loop to⠀adjust⠀plans as⠀necessary,⠀and⠀developing⠀metrics to⠀confirm a⠀successful⠀adoption⠀of the⠀programs.
- Acts⠀as a⠀liaison⠀with the⠀Transformation⠀Office⠀Change COE⠀to ensure⠀enterprise⠀change⠀initiatives⠀and plans⠀are⠀embedded⠀appropriately⠀across⠀corporate⠀functions.⠀Acts as an⠀integrator⠀to⠀consolidate⠀change⠀initiatives/plans,⠀as needed,⠀and⠀coordinates⠀with TO⠀office.⠀May act as⠀a change⠀lead on⠀assigned⠀projects⠀to ensure⠀successful⠀adoption⠀within the⠀organization.
- Drives⠀linkage to⠀the⠀Inclusion⠀&⠀Diversity⠀Specialist⠀to help⠀shape and⠀drive⠀inclusion⠀and⠀diversity⠀initiatives⠀within⠀corporate⠀functions.⠀Recommends⠀ways to⠀embed⠀inclusion⠀and⠀diversity⠀into our⠀core⠀people⠀processes⠀and ways⠀of⠀working.
- Represents⠀corporate⠀functions⠀to the⠀Talent⠀Management,⠀Transformation⠀COE, and⠀Inclusion⠀&⠀Diversity⠀Specialist⠀to provide⠀feedback⠀on⠀organizational⠀needs,⠀program⠀design/effectiveness,⠀and⠀execution⠀approach.⠀Recommends⠀actions to⠀be taken⠀to drive⠀greater⠀effectiveness⠀for⠀programs.
- Acts⠀as a⠀project⠀manager⠀for key⠀corporate⠀functions⠀initiatives,⠀as⠀assigned,⠀including⠀building⠀project⠀plans,⠀engaging⠀key⠀partners⠀to execute⠀the work,⠀and⠀ensuring⠀appropriate⠀tracking⠀and⠀measurements⠀are in⠀place.⠀Examples⠀of this⠀work⠀include⠀leading⠀the RPO⠀project⠀for⠀HR.

Job Specifications
- 7+ years⠀of Human⠀Resources⠀generalist⠀experience⠀or related⠀business⠀experience⠀required.
- Bachelor's⠀Degree in⠀Business,⠀Human⠀Resources⠀or related⠀field⠀required.⠀Masters⠀degree⠀preferred
- Experience⠀managing⠀complex⠀project⠀plans,⠀demonstrating⠀excellent⠀strategic⠀problem-solving⠀skills⠀while⠀driving⠀successful⠀implementation
- Strong⠀understanding⠀of talent⠀management⠀programs/initiatives⠀including⠀succession⠀planning/talent⠀planning,⠀performance⠀management,⠀learning⠀and⠀development
- Strong⠀attention⠀to detail⠀and⠀effective⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The target⠀base⠀salary⠀range for⠀this⠀full-time,⠀salaried⠀position⠀is⠀between
$105,000-$200,000
