ROLE⠀OVERVIEW:
The⠀SpringHill⠀lifestyle⠀brand is⠀seeking a⠀versatile⠀and⠀dynamic⠀Senior⠀Graphic⠀Designer⠀to join⠀our team⠀and lead⠀the⠀creation⠀of⠀original,⠀idea-first⠀visual⠀design⠀work. The⠀successful⠀candidate⠀is⠀culturally⠀involved,⠀strategically⠀minded,⠀and can⠀think both⠀conceptually⠀and⠀visually.⠀In this⠀role, the⠀candidate⠀will lead⠀brainstorming,⠀concepting,⠀and design⠀execution⠀across⠀Springhill⠀brand. - Collaborate⠀with⠀Associate⠀Creative⠀Director⠀to lead⠀visual⠀design and⠀scalable⠀creative⠀concepting⠀across a⠀variety of⠀projects⠀including:⠀brand⠀logos,⠀guidelines,⠀and⠀toolkits;⠀TV graphic⠀packages;⠀digital⠀and social⠀media⠀content;⠀print and⠀packaging;⠀merchandise;⠀and⠀presentations
- Collaborate⠀with⠀Associate⠀Creative⠀Director⠀and⠀Creative⠀Producer⠀to map out⠀project⠀timelines
- Work⠀with⠀Creative⠀Producers⠀and Social⠀Leads to⠀conceptualize⠀design⠀work at⠀the⠀highest⠀level
- Create⠀design⠀systems⠀that have⠀a strong⠀conceptual⠀foundation

- 5+ years⠀of⠀relevant⠀work⠀experience
- Exceptional⠀visual⠀design and⠀graphic⠀skills. A⠀portfolio⠀of recent⠀design⠀work is⠀required⠀for⠀consideration
- Experience⠀in⠀digital,⠀print, and⠀experiential⠀design
- Experience⠀crafting⠀motion⠀graphics
- Ability⠀to⠀multitask⠀and handle⠀several⠀creative⠀projects⠀simultaneously
- Critical⠀thinking,⠀creative⠀problem⠀solving,⠀and⠀excellent⠀communication⠀skills are⠀a⠀must
- Comfortable⠀leading⠀client⠀presentations⠀and⠀meetings
