Minitab seeks an experienced Web Content Management Developer to join its team, supporting the global Marketing content team in delivering website updates, feature releases, and marketing initiatives. Using Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service, the developer will work closely with Marketing Directors, ensuring timely task completion and maintaining the overall health, security, and compliance of Minitab's web properties.
This role involves contributing to the design, development, and deployment of front-end and back-end solutions while adhering to Minitab's global branding and web standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Support and Maintenance:
- Deliver assigned tasks on time and ensure quality through proactive review.
- Identify and resolve complex bugs with minimal supervision.
- Monitor and maintain site health, security, and compliance.
Development:
- Research, prototype, and implement front-end code for development projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
- Configure third-party platforms (CMS, Event Management, E-commerce) to reflect Minitab’s branding and design standards.
Collaboration and Oversight:
- Work closely with Marketing Directors and design firms to evaluate technical feasibility.
- Provide technical oversight for Minitab's global web properties, ensuring consistency across sites.
Knowledge Expansion:
- Stay updated with industry standards, expanding domain expertise and technical skills.
- Serve as a resource for other developers and participate in global website projects.
Qualifications
Required:
Preferred:
- Experience with Java and component-based CMS systems.
- Familiarity with Git, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and localization strategies.
- Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, and privacy regulations.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Experience with Apache/IIS rewrite strategies.
