Core Business Processes

• Assist in⠀the Month⠀End close⠀process to⠀ensure⠀accurate⠀and timely⠀month end⠀reporting
• Reconcile⠀employee⠀remuneration⠀benefit⠀accounts⠀and other⠀accruals⠀accounts
• Prepare⠀balance⠀sheet⠀account⠀reconciliations,⠀and⠀analyze⠀and⠀interpret⠀data
• Conduct⠀regular⠀financial⠀analysis⠀and⠀reporting,⠀identifying⠀trends,⠀variances,⠀and⠀opportunities⠀for⠀improvement
• Prepare⠀Financial⠀Statements⠀for the⠀North⠀American⠀entities⠀including⠀the⠀Consolidation⠀of⠀Manufacturing⠀and Sales⠀companies,⠀in⠀accordance⠀with⠀application⠀of the⠀proper⠀Accounting⠀Standards
• Assist⠀with⠀preparation⠀& review⠀of Sales⠀Use Tax⠀data for⠀monthly⠀filings⠀for US⠀entities
• Assist⠀with the⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀audit⠀processes
• Collaborate⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams,⠀including⠀operations,⠀supply⠀chain,⠀human⠀resources⠀to oversee⠀accounting⠀processes⠀and⠀provide⠀financial⠀insights
• Assist⠀where⠀necessary⠀in⠀Purchase⠀to Pay⠀workstreams
• Actively⠀participate⠀in special⠀projects⠀and⠀initiatives⠀as⠀assigned

Skills, experience and qualifications:

• Solid⠀understanding⠀of ERP and⠀Reporting⠀systems,⠀with SAP⠀knowledge⠀a plus
• +4⠀years⠀Accounting⠀and⠀Finance⠀experience-⠀CPG⠀preferred
• Excellent⠀understanding⠀of⠀financial⠀metrics
• Very⠀strong⠀work⠀ethic,⠀resilience⠀in the⠀face of⠀pressure,⠀good team⠀player,⠀problem⠀solver,⠀ability to⠀meet⠀multiple⠀stretching⠀deadlines,⠀great⠀communication⠀skills and⠀excellent⠀attention⠀to⠀detail
• Strong⠀analytical⠀bias and⠀Microsoft⠀Excel⠀skills
