  • Report⠀to Head of⠀Business⠀Development
  • Conducting⠀market⠀research⠀to⠀identify⠀new⠀business⠀development⠀opportunities⠀where⠀applicable
  • Pursuing⠀leads and⠀moving⠀them⠀through⠀the RFP⠀cycle
  • Writing⠀and⠀distributing⠀Request⠀for⠀proposals⠀and⠀briefing⠀documents⠀for⠀external⠀consultants
  • Developing⠀quotes and⠀proposals⠀for⠀prospective⠀clients
  • Review,⠀proofread⠀and edit⠀all RFP⠀responses
  • Tracking⠀submitted⠀proposals⠀and⠀providing⠀feedback⠀to⠀management
  • Maintain⠀and⠀develop⠀relations⠀with both⠀to⠀potential⠀and⠀existing⠀clients⠀and⠀consultants⠀in the⠀preparation⠀of tender⠀submissions
  • Cover⠀the Middle⠀East⠀market⠀with close⠀coordination⠀with our⠀offices in⠀Asia
Requirements:
  • At least 5⠀years⠀relevant⠀working⠀experience⠀(experience⠀in⠀architecture,⠀interior⠀design and⠀landscape⠀design⠀firms is⠀preferable)
  • Ability⠀to⠀prioritize⠀and manage⠀workload
  • Ability⠀to work⠀independently⠀and as⠀part of a⠀team
  • Excellent⠀verbal and⠀written⠀communication⠀skills
