Position⠀Overview:

We⠀have an⠀exciting⠀opportunity⠀to support⠀the rapid⠀growth of⠀our Home⠀Office in⠀Austin,⠀TX!⠀Reporting⠀to the⠀Senior⠀Director⠀of Brand⠀Marketing,⠀this role⠀will play⠀a vital⠀role in⠀shaping⠀and⠀leading⠀Kendra⠀Scott’s⠀charge in⠀growing⠀our market⠀share⠀across⠀multiple⠀sports⠀categories⠀and⠀channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive⠀brand⠀strategy⠀through to⠀cross-functional⠀execution⠀for our⠀Sports⠀Marketing⠀initiatives.
  • Develop⠀a 3-year⠀Sports⠀Marketing⠀roadmap to⠀identify⠀the best⠀brand⠀positioning⠀to⠀differentiate⠀in the⠀sports⠀landscape,⠀a pipeline⠀of⠀innovative⠀partnership⠀ideas, and⠀specific⠀new teams⠀& athletes⠀to develop⠀relationships⠀with and⠀sponsor.
  • Execute⠀the Sports⠀marketing⠀strategy⠀across⠀Kendra⠀Scott⠀channels⠀(social⠀media⠀platforms,⠀digital⠀experiences,⠀collegiate,⠀events,⠀and⠀grassroots)⠀by working⠀directly⠀with⠀marketing⠀and⠀business⠀counterparts⠀within the⠀organization.
  • Lead⠀the Sports⠀integration⠀with all⠀marketing⠀& digital⠀teams to⠀ensure we⠀communicate⠀authentically⠀to fans⠀regularly.
  • Enhance⠀current⠀partnerships⠀by driving⠀innovative⠀marketing⠀ideas to⠀bring⠀cultural⠀relevance⠀and⠀attract⠀new⠀consumers.
  • Develop⠀the team⠀sports⠀marketing⠀calendar⠀to support⠀Channels,⠀and Brand⠀marketing,⠀retail,⠀and site⠀teams⠀focused on⠀the Sports⠀business.
  • Negotiate⠀and⠀oversee⠀contractual⠀agreements,⠀implement⠀robust⠀measurement⠀mechanisms⠀to⠀evaluate⠀goal⠀attainment,⠀and foster⠀proactive,⠀positive⠀relationships⠀with⠀external⠀partners.
  • Lead⠀the⠀creation⠀of sports⠀collaborations⠀for new⠀products⠀and bring⠀key⠀stories to⠀life.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Bachelor’s⠀degree or⠀equivalent⠀work⠀experience
  • 7+⠀years’⠀experience⠀as a Brand⠀Manager⠀for a⠀high-growth⠀company,⠀sports⠀entertainment⠀marketing⠀experience⠀preferred
  • A⠀proven⠀ability to⠀break down⠀larger⠀initiatives⠀into⠀consumable⠀achievable⠀tasks to⠀achieve⠀departmental⠀and⠀company⠀objectives
  • Ability⠀to clearly⠀articulate⠀plans and⠀ensure the⠀team is⠀aligned
  • A⠀solutions-oriented⠀mentality⠀with a⠀data-driven⠀approach
