Senior Backend Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate⠀closely⠀with⠀fellow⠀developers⠀and⠀management⠀to sustain⠀and⠀develop⠀new⠀products⠀and⠀features
• Take⠀a lead⠀role in⠀guiding⠀the⠀development⠀team to⠀ensure the⠀planning⠀and⠀execution⠀of⠀projects⠀within⠀prescribed⠀timelines.
• Good⠀organisational⠀skills and⠀the⠀confidence⠀to present⠀issues⠀alongside⠀comprehensive⠀solutions⠀to⠀management⠀or project⠀stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of⠀5 years of⠀back-end⠀experience.
• Proficiency⠀in PHP and⠀Python
• Proficiency⠀in⠀Linux
• Proficiency⠀in MySQL⠀and⠀NoSQL
• Knowledge⠀of Docker⠀and⠀Jenkins
• Experienced⠀in DevOps,⠀particularly⠀AWS.
• Strong⠀understanding⠀of⠀object-oriented⠀principles.
• Profound⠀understanding⠀of design⠀patterns⠀and the⠀fundamental⠀tenets of⠀scalable⠀applications.
• A⠀collaborative⠀team⠀player,⠀adept at⠀project⠀leadership⠀and⠀mentorship.
