Senior Associate

Our client is a growing international investment firm looking to expand its food and agriculture-focused private equity investment team based in Abu Dhabi. You will be joining a fast-growing, fast-moving investment team with a global remit. The team is well-funded and has an entrepreneurial culture. What the job involves

• Play an⠀integral⠀role in⠀the⠀origination,⠀evaluation⠀and⠀execution⠀of direct⠀investment⠀opportunities⠀in food⠀and⠀agriculture⠀private⠀equity
• Assist⠀with the⠀origination⠀of new⠀investments
• Support⠀across all⠀aspects of⠀the⠀transaction⠀process⠀from⠀initial⠀due⠀diligence⠀to⠀portfolio⠀monitoring
• Take⠀significant⠀responsibility⠀in the⠀preparation⠀of⠀materials⠀including⠀detailed⠀committee⠀papers
• Attend⠀advisory⠀board⠀meetings⠀and AGMs

Who we are looking for

• Strong⠀academic⠀track⠀record⠀from⠀leading⠀institutions
• Demonstrable⠀experience⠀in⠀investment⠀banking,⠀from the⠀M&A or⠀leveraged⠀finance⠀teams,⠀and/or⠀private⠀equity⠀investment⠀experience
• Strong⠀financial⠀modelling⠀skills
• Confident⠀and⠀articulate⠀communicator⠀both⠀written⠀and⠀verbally
