Senior Architect

We are⠀seeking an⠀experienced⠀and⠀dynamic⠀Managing⠀Director⠀to lead⠀our⠀engineering⠀consultancy⠀office. As⠀the⠀Managing⠀Director,⠀you will⠀play a⠀pivotal⠀role in⠀shaping⠀the future⠀of our⠀consultancy⠀firm and⠀driving⠀its⠀growth.⠀You will⠀be⠀responsible⠀for⠀overseeing⠀all⠀aspects of⠀our⠀operations,⠀managing a⠀team of⠀consultants,⠀and⠀ensuring⠀the⠀successful⠀execution⠀of⠀engineering⠀projects.⠀This is a⠀leadership⠀position⠀that⠀requires a⠀strategic⠀thinker⠀with⠀strong⠀business⠀acumen and⠀technical⠀expertise.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.⠀Strategic⠀Leadership:⠀Develop⠀and⠀execute⠀the⠀company's⠀strategic⠀vision,⠀goals, and⠀business⠀plans to⠀achieve⠀growth and⠀profitability.

2.⠀Project⠀Management:⠀Oversee⠀the⠀planning,⠀design,⠀and⠀execution⠀of⠀engineering⠀projects,⠀ensuring⠀quality⠀and⠀timeliness.

3.⠀Team⠀Management:⠀Lead and⠀motivate a⠀team of⠀consultants,⠀providing⠀guidance,⠀mentorship,⠀and⠀fostering⠀a⠀collaborative⠀work⠀environment.

4.⠀Client⠀Relations:⠀Build and⠀maintain⠀strong⠀client⠀relationships,⠀ensuring⠀client⠀satisfaction⠀and repeat⠀business.

5.⠀Financial⠀Management:⠀Manage the⠀company's⠀finances,⠀budgeting,⠀and⠀resource⠀allocation⠀to⠀optimize⠀profitability.

6.⠀Business⠀Development:⠀Identify⠀and pursue⠀new⠀business⠀opportunities,⠀partnerships,⠀and⠀markets to⠀expand the⠀company's⠀reach.

7.⠀Compliance:⠀Ensure⠀compliance⠀with⠀industry⠀regulations,⠀standards,⠀and legal⠀requirements
