As a Seasonal Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll ensure every customer has a world-class experience by:

1. Customer Engagement:
   • Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with merchandise selection.
   • Build lasting relationships through personalized post-sale contact.
2. Team Contribution:
   • Collaborate with associates to achieve store sales and metric goals.
   • Participate in team selling to maximize customer satisfaction.
3. Visual Merchandising:
   • Assist with store setup, merchandising displays, and stock counts.
   • Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise according to color, size, and category.
4. Fitting Room Support:
   • Monitor and maintain fitting rooms and return items to the sales floor.
5. Transaction Management:
   • Handle purchases, exchanges, store credits, and returns per standard operating procedures.

Requirements
