Position Overview:
As a Sales Administrator at Lennar, you will provide administrative support to the sales and sales system teams and assist with closing coordination. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, accuracy in documentation, and effective communication between various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post new home sales, cancellations, transfers, and closings in JD Edwards.
- Review purchase agreements for accuracy.
- Scan and distribute executed purchase agreements to realtors, buyers, mortgage companies, and New Home Consultants (NHCs).
- Create house files for all new purchase agreements.
- Gather weekly traffic data from Siebel, update Excel reports, and distribute traffic information to designated end users.
- Manage and distribute Mortgage Status Reports to all applicable associates.
- Enter/update unsold inventory dates, loan status, and contract pricing in JD Edwards.
- Enter/update all base sales prices and option revenue in JD Edwards.
- Provide Siebel support for NHCs (backup Internet New Home Counselor).
- Enter sales, starts, settlements, and cancellations via Lennar Daily Portal (as needed).
- Enter sales, starts, and settlement projections via Lennar Monthly Projections Portal.
- Prepare Settlement Notification Letters for Buyers & NHCs (backup closing coordinator).
- Set up closing packages for settlements (backup closing coordinator).
- Track U&O’s, home site keys, and soil treatments for closing (backup closing coordinator).
- Complete the Weekly Closing Report (backup closing coordinator).
- Process Closing Instructions for submission to North American Title & UAMC (backup closing coordinator).
- Assist the Assistant Controller with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the homebuilding industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment.
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Accurate typing and strong organizational skills.
