Revenue Management Analyst

 The Revenue Management Analyst will support the admissions product portfolio for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment by providing timely and thorough financial analytics related to park admission revenue streams. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, the Analyst will convert data into actionable reports that inform decision-making for current and proposed business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide detailed reporting and analytics for park admissions products in collaboration with Park Marketing and Finance teams.
  • Compile key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform variance analysis for park results, including strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.

• Pricing Processes:

  • Assist in implementing new pricing processes with internal clients and external consultants to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop price sensitivity models and reporting tools to respond to market conditions and customer behavior trends.

• Data Visualization and Communication:

  • Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex analytical findings in clear, actionable business terms.
  • Communicate findings effectively to business partners and senior executives.

• System and Reporting Enhancements:

  • Recommend and implement system and reporting enhancements to improve operational efficiency and revenue.

• Additional Duties:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience with financial or revenue analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Business Objects, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Strong presence with the ability to interact and partner with senior leadership.

• Skills:

  • Outstanding written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to distill and communicate actionable insights effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
