    In light of our current growth, we are excited to present a new opportunity for a Revenue Analyst to join our dedicated team.

    Position Overview: Revenue Analyst

    The Revenue Analyst works closely with the Revenue Cycle and Clinical Documentation/Coding teams, under the guidance of the Regional Director of Finance. Responsibilities include reviewing internal processes, developing procedures to ensure revenue accuracy, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and recommending corrective actions. The role also involves managing small projects as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a finance partner for Regional Directors of Operational Finance and Medical Director of Documentation and Utilization.
    • Update key reporting and metrics, perform data analysis, and generate ad-hoc revenue and billing reports as required.
    • Analyze financial data, identify variances, and determine root causes.
    • Develop and implement action plans and SOPs to enhance profitability and financial performance.
    • Document findings, prepare reports, and provide recommendations based on analyses.
    • Lead monthly financial reviews, presenting key insights and metrics affecting revenue.
    • Build collaborative relationships with operational and support center leaders.
    • Support the Finance management team with various projects, both large and small.
    • Design, build, and maintain new reports on clinical operations to support revenue growth.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, operational finance, medical office operations, billing, coding, or related reporting roles.
    • Ability to approach challenges from both financial and business perspectives.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the capability to expand technical skills.
    • Experience with report writing is an advantage.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to change.


    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
